I think the mall within the hotel has a bar that’s why there is loud music.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The noise level was unbearable; I could barely get any sleep due to constant loud sounds throughout the night. To make things worse, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though I booked a non-smoking room. There were also disturbing sounds from nearby rooms, making the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. I was there to prepare for an important licensure examination, so a good night's rest was essential, but that was impossible. When I raised these issues, they offered me a new room but couldn’t guarantee any improvement in the noise levels. I only asked for a partial refund, but they refused, claiming they couldn't offer a refund because I booked through Trip.com. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay.

Okay naman. Kaya lang, palagi kaming nasa RM 117. First reserve namin asa Room 117 kami, same with this second reservation. 117 pa rin ang room
