The family room is great for families with kids, it is so spacious, and comfortable for all of us.

No hot water at all, the air conditioner is very noisy, and there is no soundproofing. We can hear anyone passing by from inside the room. The only place that is okay is the lobby.

Looks better online than when you see it yourself. Rooms and furniture are old, uncomfortable bed, aircon can't be adjusted so room is too cold with it on and too hot with it off. Noise from machinery and heavy traffic road outside makes sleeping difficult. Water in the shower works OK but never gets hot. Rooms don't get cleaned every day. Breakfast tastes OK but portions too small - better to eat outside but not many choices in walking distance from the hotel.

I cant really submit a review since i was not able to stay with this hotel since it was when there is a typhoon. Tried cancelling yet it was denied.

There is lacking of equipment, like comforters or blankets. Only bed sheets are provided. There is a stove but no cookware set like pots and pans. However microwave and water heater for coffee was provided upon request. I would love to have comforters or blankets but there's none, unfortunately.

Good, cebuanos are really welcoming and kind. Maybe include hotel slippers for guests. Thumbs up food and stay

Good price. Close to airport (ard 6km). 10min to shopping area. Have local lechon shop close to building which is delicious. Can experience eating on street if u don't look for a decent dining env My unit has living room plus 2 bedroom. No independent ac in living room but sharing with bedroom. Shower is weak. Everything is good except the above 2. For additional person, you have to pay extra 700 peso per head no matter they can share the space/accessories

I never expect to be this satified in my hotel stay at copenhagen. Their service is the best! I really love their location you can go stroll around in the city. 100% clean and so peaceful, the staffs are so respectful and polite. I really love their breakfast meal. I hope to go back in cebu again and stay at copenhagen again! I will miss the view and the people their. You should not miss staying this hotel in mandaue. Will recommend it to my friends
