Hotel Castle Mandawa

Just back from our trip to India, I wanted to share our unforgettable experience at Castle Mandawa. As a family, we stayed there for my younger brother's wedding, and this place offered us magical moments. Castle Mandawa is a magnificent hotel where every space is more beautiful than the next. You need to take the time to explore it to discover all its wonders, from the paintings in the interior lounges to the rooftop terraces offering spectacular views of the region. Many weddings are celebrated here, as the setting is idyllic. If you have the chance to stay at the hotel during a celebration, try to get yourself invited. During our stay, we had the opportunity to visit several rooms. Each one is unique, spacious, tastefully decorated, and extremely pleasant. We had the privilege of staying in one of the most beautiful, room 401. Perched at the top of the hotel, it is truly worth its price. I will always remember those afternoon naps, windows open, lulled by the breeze and the calm. The hotel staff took great care of us throughout our stay and even afterward. When we needed help with a particular matter, they did not hesitate to advise us. This hotel is truly worth a visit, and we will gladly return to explore more of the Shekhawati region.

We planned and hosted our daughters wedding at Castle Mandawa over three days and nights recently. We commenced planning with the team at the Castle a year ago. From the beginning, we received a warm welcome and outstanding support in the planning and execution. The staff led by the efficient Subhash Shakla and Narendra were quite incredible in ensuring even the smallest detail of this big fat Indian wedding was not overlooked. All this hard work with a smile and gentle grace. Our 132 strong family and friends contingent have been enveloped in their wonderful hospitality. As an event organiser and wedding planner and mother of the bride, I could not have been in a better place with the support received. The Castle is an ancient picturesque property set in the village of Mandawa with quaint rooms, wonderful linen and furnishings and the most comfy beds. The kitchen team and Executive Chef produced endless meals, each more memorable than the last, all served with warmth and deliciousness. We have had an enchanting wedding. The experience has left us all with fabulous memories. A huge heartfelt shout out to the Castle Mandawa.

We stayed at the castle for 5 nights. The team are beautiful and very responsive. Many of them have worked there for more than a decade and clearly love their job. We held our son's wedding at the castle with many guests flying in from across India, Australia & internationally. The castle staff did everything they could to make this an unforgettable experience for everyone. The building itself is beautiful and the rooms are huge, very cool and beautifully appointed. The bathrooms are amazing. We love Mandawa and can't wait to visit again. PS - there is very good shopping locally. Many guests purchased beautifully made local clothing and artifacts. You'll love it.

Magical memories in Mandawa. What an amazing experience. This hotel is stunning , unique with fabulous staff . Our tower suite was breathtaking with views over all the area. Grounds are beautiful , pool, flowers, frescoes . I could gush forever about the experience. Just come and see for yourself. Dinner was fresh and tasty , best dinner so far in India. Just loved it here 💕

An interesting place to stay which had alot of history and character. The decor was slightly tired but for the price paid it was excellent value. Large comfy bed, attentive staff, food was good. there were alot of steps so not suitable if you have a mobility issue

We planned my sister’s wedding, and it turned out to be the most enchanting celebration at the castle. Every room had its own unique charm and beauty, making the experience truly magical. From the breathtaking venue and ambiance to the impeccable service, everything was simply perfect. The hospitality was exceptional—even beyond the hotel’s usual services. Subhash sir poured their heart and soul to make my sister’s wedding the most memorable celebration. I highly recommend this place not only for a fairytale wedding but also for a luxurious weekend getaway.
