Everything is fine. Some renovation is going on. We didn't get renovated rooms! we stayed here earlier in 2018! convenient place

Rooms are like lodge rooms. The receptionist was rude. Location is wonderful and food is good. Restaurant employees are good and courteous. Washroom was found unclean.

Got from my-trip app. Not as described. Not clean. Old hotel with new exterior. Not worth gore the amount paid.

Stay was good quiet. Issues of mosquitos was concerning. Overall good for this price reception staff are friendly as well.

Not a good experience. Dirty rooms, stinky toilet, noise at night so no sleep, renovations going on so drilling, staff not courteous, no hot water, brown water from faucets. Breakfast not good and servers very grumpy. Only thing that saved us was that after a lot of back & forth with the front desk, they moved us to another hotel owned by them which was a lot better. The saffron.

I reached hotels at 10. 30. Check in was at 12. I requested them ewrly check in saying i will vacate in 24 hrs from now since the hotel offers 24 hrs stay. They denied and made me wait till 12
however they helped me to keep my luggage with them till 12. I have been to this hotel multiple times. It's under renovation. The room was decent however buckets and washrooms need an overhaul. Towels were clean. I had to check out at 6am. So there was hot water available at 5am which wuss great thing. I hope they become more considerate during check in. Rest i still would recommended this place for staying with families.

Don't stay here. We had to change 3 rooms due to multiple issues and then decided to move to another hotel. Dirty linen with hair on it; loud noises at night from the road and within the hotel due to renovations and washing of dirty dishes; electric outage at night; extremely stinky toilet. The staff does not know the word 'sorry, they made us feel like we're the problem. Breakfast is not great either. Finally after a lot of back & forth, they moved us to a hotel close by which i appreciate.

Poor room condition. We booked room for 3 adults. One has to sleep on ground because only 2 beds were in the room. Ground beddings were arranged after third request at reception downstairs. Third towel came after fourth call next morning. No water dispenser found near room. Bedsheets were not clean. One lift also not working. Bad experience.
