Grand Riviera Suites recensioner

My first expression of the suite was that it did not have a TV or a washer and dryer like it stated. The bed felt a little damp. I had to use another blanket to sleep on it. The next bad thing is that there was only 1 towel provided per room. We asked Lincoln our person to ask questions. He said that there was an extra charge for towels. Tell me, how does a family of 4 use only 1 towel. I was disgusted. The location was ok. Yes, it was near the US Embassy. But thats it. The location at night wasn't that great. If you're trying to get a snack late at night, I wouldn't go outside by yourself. It's not safe to walk around. My husband went with my brother to get some snacks and there were children trying to grab his food. So, hold on tight to your belongings. The pool was ok. It wasn't heated. So it was cold. My family and I did not feel like swimming. The game room and Fitness center I didn't bother checking out. The game room only had like 1 activity in the facility. Lastly, there were cockroaches in our room. I knew that was it. We did not stay long. We went to another hotel that next day. Want my advice? If you are wanting a hotel experience, well this is not the place. Yes, the price is decent. It's great if you are by yourself. You get what you pay for and I wouldn't bother staying here if you're looking for comfort.
