Brightwood Hotel & Residences

Had good experience, staff was friendly and disciplined. Just water in faucet was bit slow, everything else was really good.

I got there early so decided to roam around first since checking time was 2 pm, I went back around 3:20 bit when I got there they let me wait for another 20 minutes, reception area was so hot since they're having some renovation so decided to just consider it, but when I got to the room, no shampoo no soap no tissue, the flip flop was ruined, there was small insects inside the room.

Super loved my stay here! Sobrang na-appreciate ko how helpful and friendly the staff are—they made me feel very welcome. Everything was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my time here at Brightwood Hotel. Highly recommended! Thank you so much sa lahat ng tulong niyo.

The stay was so comfy, the room was great I think this is the best affordable hotel😊

The staff are approachable and they help you to find ways. There's also a convenient store in a few steps away from the place.

Walang ma saksakan sa charger na good for USB kailangan mopang bumaba para makapag charge 😅 and they didn’t follow the time to check out kailangan pag umalis ka check out na yun.

Best hotel in malate. Very friendly and humble staff . But their room was small

This is already my 2nd time staying at Brightswood Hotel, and I keep coming back because I always have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The place is clean, convenient, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and definitely worth coming back to. Just one small suggestion: it would be nice to have a soap holder inside the shower area. It’s a simple addition, but it would make the bathroom much more convenient for guests. Aside from that, I’m very satisfied with my stay. Thank you, Brightswood Hotel! Looking forward to staying here again. 😊
