Manila Lotus Hotel recensioner

When I checked in, the amenities and breakfast schedule were not explained to me and I had to ask before it was discussed. The room itself was poor. It was extremely hot despite the AC being turned on max (the AC was just too weak and old). There was a giant cement pillar in the middle of the room which was a hassle to go around when going around the room. The pillow was small and tough, and the blanket too small. There were no free hotel slippers. Shower had good water pressure and the water temperature was comfortable. The provided shampoo and shower gel were extremely diluted. I was woken up in the morning by construction noises outside the window. Breakfast buffet was low-mid tier. Food was extremely average to poor. The manager (?) lady kept shouting and scolding the servers which ruined the atmosphere of the dining area. They also did not refill the empty food dishes in the buffet, so plenty choices were unavailable. Overall I wouldn't book here again. It was an underwhelming experience.

My 2nd time here! I decided to come back to this hotel after my one-week trip to Puerto Galera. The front desk and security remembered me and greeted me warmly. I left my neck pillow the week before and when I inquired this to the front desk, they immediately contacted house keeping and within 20 minutes, brought the neck pillow to my room. Can't find any fault in the service. The location is also superb, I will definitely come back here next time I'm in Manila!

Location is good (near mall), but the hotel itself is run down and dirty.

Very accessible to the tge city

This has been our 4th stay in this hotel. We like the accessibility of the location and the courteous staff.

Everything was good it's just that there is a coincidental road works just outside room and it was noisy.

The hotel is close to all the attractions in the city and there are 24-hour convenience stores nearby

I had a great stay at Manila Lotus Hotel. The location is super convenient, especially if you need to be near the US Embassy. The staff were very accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. The room was well-maintained and spotless, which made for a really comfortable experience. Definitely worth considering if you’re in the area!”

I miss this hotel. I’m a regular guest before 5 years ago and I miss to stay here so I booked and check in. Love the room beds and designs and it’s a little old but still clean.

Very nice place accessible to transport and restaurants. Friendly and courteous staff. Prompt service. Helpful especially those going to the airport. Excellent buffet breakfast. Will definitely comeback 😄

Good stay. Only issue we had was flooding. 1st floor flooded. Streets flooded so bad Grab couldn't/ wouldn't come & when a taxi came they were opportunistic & charged 1500p to get to airport, even though trip from airport to hotel was only 200p.

The hotel is okay, breakfast is different everyday, only complaint is they dont have comforter and they just offer a thin brown blanket.

I love this place and stay here every time I am in Manila. Staff are great here with the only downsise being the breakfast is not what it used to be. You will not find a better hotel in Ermita.

first time traveling alone, and it was really easy and smooth. The location is so nice because there's Jollibee, 711 store and pharmacies nearby its perfect for your fiance if they'll gonna go to medical alone, it's a five minute walk from the clinic. the staffs are nice and friendly they always give you directions and recommendations to where the fast foods are. and the breakfast buffet was filling there's always a brewed coffee in the morning and fruits. but the gym okay, has a treadmill, though don't expect something big. it's really small they don't have that much weights the heaviest in a dumbell is 20lbs so yeah. but anyway, the stay is very good I felt safe as a first time solo traveller.
