Do not trust the picture! If you want to live in conditions as a homeless person and pay your money for that experience, just choose this "hotel" Maybe they have some renovated rooms but it wasn't mine Everything is very very old and tired. The only one cup at the family room! Already imagine that who is lucky Terribly noisy because of the nightclubs, ktv, transport, screaming people. I couldn't sleep the whole night till 6 am The only one plus is that linen was clean, that's it

Good location to stay in with lots of dining option. Would appreciate the team to give a early check in if its available as after flight its quite tiring waiting

Not bad but not good either. There very little stain in the bed sheets and we let us pay 200 pesso for that and also the TV won't play. The toilet is not that clean but good thing is that they let us check in earlier that 2pm

Not soundproof. Wnidows dosn't have blinds. Toilets very small.

Exactly what you pay for. The Shower could be better but it actually has a hot water tank which is nice. And the staff are super friendly. Great Stay. Nightlife is available all around and Robinsons Mall if you want to do a spot of shopping.

Elevator not working,if I got nearly transfer to other hotel but next time I will not this hotel

Good place to stay, not fare mall, banks and money changer, the staff is friendly, my room was near the road so little bite noisy but it' s OK, i have good sleep and safety place

Quiet noisy cause near to the bars.the shower very slow..

It wasn't a bad experience residing in such a neighborhood. Easy access to the mall and even the beach. Stores and 7/11 were easily accessed and ofcourse its a busy and noisy environment especiallyat night with music around. The room size wasn't bad and of course clean also though it's an old Renovated hotel. The presence of a lift made movement comfortable and easier. Just the bathroom is too small, no allowance for a couple bath.

Front desk lady at check in grouchy. All other staff fine. Noisy at night but it was in the reviews. I wore earplugs at night. This place is well located for what we needed. Found nice outdoor restaurant opens 6pm very short walk from hotel very good food not pricy. Mall was in walking distance. Felt safe in area but didn't go out late at night. Air conditioner worked good.

Excellent facility for the price. Preparation of room is good

The service is excellent. There is an issue 8n the room.and they address it quickly
