narrow room, air conditioner is always leaking, noisy atmosphere, crowded place, hard to find food, springy bed

good for low cost. no frills. would be nice if there is trash can in room

They didn't refund.. and we didn't able to stay coz no electricity

There are rats in our room, as big as a cat. But the staff was very accommodating, they we're able to transfer us to another room when we report about it.

It would have been nice to know that this hotel was used for ************ before booking, being able to pay hourly and having “no minors allowed”. The wifi worked for all of 10 minutes, so if you intend to stay here make sure you have data. A staff member knocked on our door staging to be helpful with the TV and trying to sort the wifi, when all his colleagues then came in asking for a selfie with us. So we then had 5 of the staff members in the tiny room with us. Another thing if you can’t climb stairs, this hotel is not for you. We got put on the 7th floor and when checked in told we had to walk the stairs and we’re not able to take the lift.

Amenities are nice. Staffs are approachable and polite. The place was good.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! We booked a room and wanted an early check-in. They offered a short-time rate for a room that turned out to be a nightmare. It reeked, was tiny, and had signs of a leaking restroom. Cockroaches were everywhere, and the linens were dirty and worn. We tried to mask the smell with perfume, but it was futile. We requested a different room, but they demanded an extra charge for just a few hours. Exhausted from our travels, we agreed, hoping this would be our actual room for our stay. Wrong! While the new room didn't smell initially, it was still infested with cockroaches! We couldn't relax, constantly on guard against these creepy crawlies. The stress was unbearable. After just 3 hours, we gave up and checked out, forfeiting both the early check-in rate and the actual booking fee. This experience was horrendous. Stay anywhere else!

Isa lang towel tipid na tipid naman. May hot water daw sira naman! Napaka liit masyado ng higaan. Sira pa telephone kinakatok pa every room❗️❗️ nakakabulabog❗️❗️ nakakastress ❗️❗️unprofessional ng hotel.❗️❗️ Pag nag book sa online 1 night 24 hours daw pero 2 pm to 12 pm out namn 1170 pesos price pero pag nag walk in 24hours talaga 1200 lang . Kaya i dont recommend this hotel na mag book sa online , mag walk in nalang kayo 30 pesos lang ibahan atleast 24 hours talaga. Maganda yung location malapit sa lahat yun lang , bukod dyan wala ng maganda sa hotel na yan ingay pa rinig na rinig mga busina ng sasakyan dika talaga makakatulog❗️❗️❗️❗️🙄🥴

There are some small cockroaches in the bathroom.

The proximity of the hotel to downtown Manila is the only good thing about the hotel. The rooms are full of cockroaches and other crawling insects. The toilet was leaking and the TV doesn't work.

Good for the room price, sink was clogged,

it is okay
