We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the relaxing ambiance throughout the property. The location was also perfect—conveniently close to key attractions and public transport. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, ensuring our stay was stress-free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

This quaint hotel is beside Paco Park. The building also has an old building look that is consistent with the location. The aircon and the hot and cold shower work too. My concern is that the cat or dog poop along the corridor on the first floor wasn't cleaned right away. We requested for a room cleaning service but none came during our two day stay but the hotel replenished the bottled water and towels.

Our stay at Arzo Hotel - Manila was absolutely wonderful! The staff were warm and accommodating, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended! Accessible to train station, to different sites in Manila like Luneta, Paco Park, National Museum, one station away to Intramuros! ✨

There are a lot of cockroaches inside the room. The ceiling is so noisy, you can hear footsteps on the 2nd floor. Hot shower not working, TV not working. Only the lobby is nice. It doesn't seem safe outside. When I left the key inside the room, I waited 2 hours outside for them to open it. I will not return to this hotel.

I've been using it for 20 years, but everything is old and the air conditioning is broken. Room 205 is the worst. I couldn't sleep until morning. They don't even have the ability to deal with it.

This is my 3rd stay at the Arzo. There is no elevator, the room decor is old but clean. Their Kusina restaurant is a good value with good food. There is a nice swimming pool and it's great to hang out there in the evening. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's not a 5 star hotel, but we paid a 2 star price for a solid 3.5 -4.0 star experience. Can't beat that.

Excellent swimming pool and restaurant. Be careful walking around the local neighbourhood as unconscious people lying around on the streets and in the doorways. - (but not of the hotel)
