What a beautiful view from my room. So comfortable, accommodating staffs. Very convenient because it’s near the mall. Highly recommended! 🫶🏻

So far so good everything's ok but the only thing is the noise in the hallway a lot of guest is talking and laughing laoud and i can hear it inside my room ..but its worth the price the place..

Great and friendly staff. Stayed here many times and rooms are always clean. Robinson Place Manila is right across the street so no need to go out anywhere else to get the things I need. I will continue to stay here when I'm in Manila

Please remind that you need to put do not disturb on the door because they will wake you up in the morning to do cleaning service and they didn’t disclosed it when i checked in. They also have limited parking that can't support the total amount of rooms they are offering which suppose to be important. The rest are okay.

Value for money is excellent. Location is outstanding as it is nearby a mall and various foodchains/restos. The cleanliness is very good as the room is well-organized, with complete toiletries and smells great. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for all types of travellers.

The most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. Pillows as hard as rocks. Curtains that don't fully close. No facial tissue in the room. No outlets near the bed. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Do not ever recommend staying at this hotel.

Very clean and always keeps ur room in order wd fresh towels everyday.:) wanna stay long but need to go home love the location too very accessible to everything plus its safe

Located near Robinson mall very convenient for shopping and dining. Lower floor rooms noisy due to passing traffics.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with a smile. We especially enjoyed the convenient location, as it made exploring the city easy. We would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

It was good and Palm Plaza is our to go list when in Manila to stay with.

stay was good and relaxing. for the breakfast we just thought that it was a buffet but its not. elevator is outdated.
