It's a nice hotel to stay in. We like it and will go again. Most important is its nearby USA embassy

staying in a hotel like airo is an amazing experience even in just a couple of days with their friendly staff most especially their front desk personnel who accommodate us well.Their rooms are well maintained and very cleaned.

Its clean, staff are hospitable, every body are nice. The lobby is quit small but looks comfy and looks glamourous

The best customer service my family have experienced. Thank you for considering and understanding our unseen circumstances. Special mention to Miss Kath, you were amazing. Thank you for accomodating my family.

Airo was quick to send an electrician to check the aircon in my first room and was quick to transfer me to another room. Room is equipped with basic amenities expected for a quick stay. I hope the hotel can check drainage coz my room's bath area could be clogged. water did not drain immediately. Being in a higher floor is more quiet. It's facing the park but can't hear noise. I had a restful sleep in Airo

The Lobby is cozy. The staff (particularly Ms. Cats) was very helpful. However, the hotel was not easy to locate and the rooms are not clean. We stayed at 2 different rooms for 2 consecutive nights, and neither was clean enough. The first room that we stayed at (Economy) has some tiny red (blood?) stains on the sheets. The second room that we stayed at (Double Deluxe) has molds on the ceiling and the pillows are quite smelly. I guess I expected a bit more from the hotel, considering the ratings showed on Trip.

As a solo traveler, my single-bed room was perfect, and the staff ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their exceptional service made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Airo hotel for its prime location, excellent staff, and seamless check-in process!

Check in on the 30th of January.Contacted the hotel manager via email until now no reply. Poor and unsanitary condition.  The state of the room is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standards advertised.

About 7:10am on May 4, a man in black polo shirt opened our room when my husband and I were still sleeping. He probably had the master key. He said sorry. The man staff who checked us in around 2:50pm on May 3 said our room didn’t include breakfast. After I asked him to check, he said included and we could just go to Estoria for breakfast. When we came there the next morning, our name were not in the list. Luckily my husband asked the lady at Reception and it took her about 8 minutes to check and issue the coupons before we went. Otherwise we would have looked like beggars at Estoria. It’s a nice restaurant in another hotel near there. Room is nice with good bed linen. Very good shower water. The kettle didn’t work so we asked them to give us another one. Room 101 is on ground floor near Reception so guest luggages are kept near there. Expect the sounds of people walking and taking luggage. No problem for me though as I booked the cheapest room. Bed cover had marks. They kept 1,000 Peso as deposit and we don’t want to pay fine for marks we don’t make, so we asked them to change the bed cover. The Housekeeper came 3 times because sheets all had marks. Finally he could find one without a mark.

Very convenient and clean and also approachable staff. Very accomodating

The room is okay. The breakfast was good. What i love is the ambiance of Estoria. It is really good. The location is the reason why i booked this hotel. But with my experience, i may come back again.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

Our stay was okay, the room was just okay. Its just that there are no parking available.

Accommodations are nice and approachable staff.
