Platsen är ganska ren. Tha personal och är mycket tillmötesgående och tillmötesgående. Jag njöt verkligen av min vistelse där.

This hotel had bugs in the room right outside the hotel there is construction that made it very difficult to travel and unsafe 

The room is spacious, but the bathroom needs a deep cleaning as there are a lot of molds. No bottled water but there is a water dispenser outside. No hair blower or iron in the room but available upon request with a fee of 105 each. The location has passing jeepneys going to quiapo and divisoria which is good.

The room was ok. It wasn't that much clean. We saw some pests inside the room. But the location is very good. Accessible to all the shops and restaurants.

Room is clean. Bed comfortable to sleep. Location walking distance to mall.

For location wise its very good, the rest is worst. I spent 10 nights and i change room twice all same dirty, the linen is all old as well as the towel. Its better to check the mattress cover and the duvet coz its filty, they change the sheets and covers only, stains of dried human discharge is so obvious. So yucky i have to show the coz i request a fresh linens, spotless duvet and mattress cover. Doesnt matter the sheets and covers are old what matter is u have spotless and fress duver, if u dont check inside u dont see it. I took video and pictures its so yucky, the housekeeping supervusor told me they dont waah everyday. Ok dont wash but if there is human discharge then waah it, coutesy to the next guest. The picture doesnt justify the dirth and stains. If u see it with ur eyes u will vomit.

The place is good for why i had stayed in the place. Courteous staff and willing to help; the room was tidy with towels; shampoo and soap. Aircon working great, with in room safe. For its price i would say it was a very good deal.

Clean and good accommodation. Very near in Robinson and other establishment. Great staff, cleaners, and guards. Definitely will come back again.

The security at this hotel was concerning due to the numerous parked cars that didn’t belong to guests during our stay. The guards had to knock on each door to verify who owned the vehicles, which felt inefficient and unsettling. We had to repeatedly contact reception about parking issues, and the staff member we spoke with was unhelpful and rude, simply stating that parking was "first come, first serve." Due to this, we ended up paying for parking outside the hotel. Additionally, the bathroom was cramped and not as spacious as expected. On top of that, the walls were thin, and we could hear the guests in the neighboring rooms clearly, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, it wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

checking in was smooth. The room is clean and the bed sheets smell clean and fresh. The shower area has molds in between grouting that needs to be brushed. The location is near the us embassy, intramuros and robinsons manila. The aircon works as expected. Overall, it was a good stay. Thanks!

best hotel for me😍 from is clean and big ,accommodating staff and super duper near sa robinsons mall.

Hotel was very close to my working area, clean and comfy.
