This beautiful hotel is a hidden gem located in the middle of Manila's china town I was amazed by the quality, atmosphere, and excellent service Along with the affordable accommodation cost, the restaurants are walking distance from this hotel

We stayed here on Christmas day for 3nights and super nice ng service nila and very welcoming ng mga staff feel safe and secured ka while in their hotel. Also malapit sa 7/11 and other Chinese restaurants.

Pros: Rooms are clean, cosy, quiet, smells pleasant. Beds were comfy. For the promo price we paid, it was definitely worth the buck! Cons: Got a room where the lock wasn't working. Hotel took quite some time to transfer our room. That was alright. However, the appliances in the new room was not up to standard. Minibar wasn't working. Lights were flickering. There wasn't any coffee and tea and also we had to request for hangers. Overall it was 4 out of 5. Minor hiccups in relation to the new room but we were too tired to request for another transfer. Great chinese minimart next to the hotel. 7eleven nearby. Food options were mainly chinese cuisine.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Convenient location. Perfect if you want to explore Binondo Chinatown.

It was a really nice stay here. My mon really enjoyed the place and it was really at a good cost.

I honestly expected more, based on other people's reviews. Good points: - was able to check in early - accommodating staff - room is spacious For improvement: - When i checked in, no towels and slippers were provided, just the dental kit. I had to call the frontdesk to request those. Even the complimentary coffee packs. The container was kept on the closet, i found it and asked why there was no coffee and stuff provided (even the tissue dispenser is empty). - Frontdesk not responding promptly, had to call 3 times before they pick up the phone. When i requested the towels, I even had to call for a follow-up. - Not enough viand at the breakfast buffet.

Hotel is very clean and staff ar nice and accomodating. Also, very reasonable price for a large hotel room

This has been our nth time here. It already feels like a second home to us. As always the cleanliness is outstanding. The staff are excellent specially Jayson. The food are tasty. We just have one suggestion thou please more channels on the tv just like before. All in all its totally a great experience. Thank you and please keep it up! See again soon!

Me & my partner has always consider this as our 2nd home. We are glad that we've been able to go back here with our friends & as usual it's beyond our expectations. Thank you for all the lovely staff especially to Ms. Jam from the lobby. We are always welcomed with warmth & smile.

PROs Very close to Binondo/Chinatown; large room (though some parts of the carpet had stains; needs cleaning or replacing); quick checkin and checkout; secure; smelled good; value for money; really cheap CONs stained carpet (hallway and room); the room given to me had an adjacent room; there was a door (though locked) connecting to another room I suppose; I could hear the occupants of the adjacent room

If you want to stay in the heart of Binondo, this is a sure place to stay. Secured and clean. You could se the city view at a large glass window.

Been our fave Hotel when we are in Binondo since 2022 and up until now. We always book at least 2 nights and we still feel at home and safe. The staff are very accomodating and easy to talk to. The location is very near the Ongpin food strip and very close to the Churches - Sta Cruz, Binondo and Quiapo.

The room was ok it's clean.. The entrance or lobby is big but looks boring and not really looks dull and boring..the location is not really wow.. I have to go to immigration near the hotel.
