everything is okay on this hotel. very boutique and aesthetic.. My family enjoy the bed , the amenities the vibes in this hotel. It give you relaxing feeling and historic place at the same time. will go back again.

Check-in was a breeze, all the staff was very helpful. Bed and linens were all very comfortable but I noticed my pillows had a smell so after my first night I had them changed and they gladly obliged. I just wished they provided smaller towels too, they only give two bath towels and that’s it. Would be great to have more mirrors in the room as well. They charge water by the bottle when this usually comes for free in other hotels. I had to do my groceries to avoid paying around USD 1 per water bottle. Wish they gave water for free. Breakfast options are decent, but I wish they provided more Filipino breakfast staples. Gym was great, pool was clean and well maintained. Will definitely want to stay here again if needed.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Staff are very polite and accomodating. Building is great as well despite how old it is. You’ll see some signs of aging but it still looks properly maintained. Wasn’t able to try other amenities as our stay really short but it’s a hotel I’m very much willinv to go back to.

Excellent location, very nice hotel obviously old structure but the character and design is really good. Some of the lifts/elevator are not working, air-condition in the gym is not working as well but it will help you sweat a lot when exercising. The breakfast is basic, could be better.

If you’re a history buff, you’ll definitely fall in love with this hotel. Within proximity from Intramuros, National Museum, Museum of the Arts, Malacanang and many other places, you’ll learn so much about how fascinating Manila is. Also, right outside within walking distance is Luneta, Manila Hotel and Ocean Park. Location is perfect. Hotel is definitely a historical building (very old) but it has been maintained very well.

A historical building that was converted into a great hotel with an excellent location and facilities. the building design is really great as well.
The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful when attending guests.
Overall, an excellent experience and worth another visit.

I had a my plans changed and wasn’t able to stay in the hotel. There was no refund. To be fair I know about that before I booked. Just wish there would have been a bit understanding and a partly refund. When I applied for refund the answer was simply no

This hotel is an old world charm.
The beauty of this hotel from yesteryear is evident, however weather worn it is.
It takes a lot of love to maintain a hotel of this charm and for now, the love is lacking.
Although the staff try hard to provide accommodating service, their apparent lack of resources are showing through.
The only items above warm in the buffet were the drip filter coffee and eggs to order.
No toaster, no juices, and from the first 2 days, I brought my own bottled water as the water at breakfast upset my stomach.
Nice bed, tired room. Tired halls, only 1 elevator working for main part of hotel.
