Super perfect place to stay u can check in for free early if the room are available nice staff kind and super comfy room good view too fast internet

Booked two months in advance and did a late check-in. Came up with locked interconnecting rooms and no extra bed as requested. They knew the number of people who checked in and still gave two water bottles inside the fridge. The bathtub in 1124 was not working well, and I found it an old building, as the back staircase was not easy access for guests who had luggage. The last part was not enough parking space, and they did not prioritize in-house guests and still asked to pay 200 for valet parking. I don't mind paying, but below the parking, you saw lots of space with barrier cones to save the space. I do not recommend this hotel as there are similarly priced but more accommodating hotels. We are not paying a small amount here.

Everything was pretty spot on. Service was excellent! The only con we have about the place was at the complementary breakfast was cold. The food was good, but it was cold.

Check-in was a breeze, although I was able to do so a bit late already. The room was clean but a bit dated already, given the age of the hotel. But overall, a very satisfying stay.

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the city and Manila Bay. The staff were all friendly and we were allowed later check out without any fuss. Location is central and not far from Robinsons mall. Food in restaurant was tasty.

Very nice room. Food was expensive. Breakfast was good but we did not like our dinner, especailly for the price. Sushi and sashimi plate was good and caeser salad. We didnt beenture out bit the location was concenient for what we needed to do.

the room is spacious , the furniture , light fixture , the bathroom is old , should upgrade . food is not bad. .

We had a wonderful stay at Diamond Hotel! We were a family of four—two adults and our kids aged 10 and 14—and everything was comfortable and enjoyable throughout. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, and the service truly made our stay extra special. We also celebrated our daughter’s birthday during our visit, and it turned into a memorable family moment. The ambiance, amenities, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Just a small note for future guests: outside calls, even those within the city, are chargeable—so it’s good to be aware of that. Overall, we highly recommend Diamond Hotel for families looking for a relaxing and delightful getaway. We'll definitely be back!

Service was superb, very accommodating to our requests and the location is right next to the beach. Breakfast was awesome!

Old hotel that has a kiddy pool and lack of parking space! Difficulty to converse and very very inconsiderate people! I will never never ever going to stay again on this self proclaimed luxury hotel even if you pay me to do so!

I was book above 20th follor, but when I check in 18th floor room only avirrable. Check in counter staff she didn't inform/appology me about change the floor.

The hotel is very clean but has old feeling. The buffet was soso. It was an okay stay. But still worth the price.
