New Coast Hotel Manila recensioner

We had a nice stay for 2 nights. Their staff are accomodating, I have requested a beach front and they've met my needs. Their bfast are superb Lastly, the room is spacious

The hotel was clean, nice staff, spacious room. But the Gym was super smelly, should improve!

Our experience at the new coast hotel: The staff was super friendly and helpful The room was clean. House keeping provided the supplies on time. The breakfest was good with a range of foods to select And it is near the bay area, which has the ocean park Check in and out was quick Dislikes The construction woke me up and didn't let me sleep The view from my room was a construction site picture attached Every time we entered, we were searched and walked through a scanner I hope this review helps. All in all, we have a pleasant stay at the hotel. I hope the renovation are over soon.

Nice location , clean , all kind hotel people , food breakfast if perfect ….

Long time renovation, 1+++ no Pool etc availble, no entrance Hall, dringend renoviert, minimum Rezeption, Too expensive dringend renovation. Room, Bed, Aircon, TV 5*****

nice spot and nearby the Manila bay, nice service and facilities seems pretty new. In general, I will recommend tourists and business people come and stay.

The service in this hotel is great, very accommodating🙂 The breakfast buffet is good🙂

New Coast never failed to make our experience premium. they were very quick to tend to our requests and needs. Kudos to all the staff, thank you for the wonderful stay.

Hotel is under going renovation. Hope that it will be better after the renovation

Hotel stay and room are good.. location is also not bad with many restaurants and bars nearby.. if you need to travel to city probably this location is not the most ideal considering the notorious traffic in manila.

The variety and quality of breakfast offered by the hotel are dropping to an unsatisfactory level since it changed to be Managed by the new Lavie Group. Food choices are limited and the staffs did not refill the food on trays. Cheese…… horrible smell when walk near to the cheese corner. The herbal cheese paste smell and taste like **** ! Wonder if the chef passed the training to work in this so called 4-5 star hotel ?! Food choices and quality back in the old days as managed by the New World group and Hyatt Group are always perfect ! I do hope to see improvement from the hotel chef !

This is my second time this year to check-in this hotel The hotel staff are very hospitable, accommodating and attentive to their customer's needs. I commend Don at the Front Desk who nicely and warmly grant our request that all four rooms I booked on behalf of the delegates be in the same floor. The rooms are all spacious. The breakfast is yummy. Looking forward when all renovations are done

Don't go....not now anyway. Find out if the construction is finished before booking. Love the employees and rooms. Great location up the street from Robinsons mall. There are plenty of bars and things to do. However, the hotel is a mess, and pool has been down for over a year. They do not look like they are in any hurry to get it finished either. The gym is now on the 15th floor in what used to be a suite. The casino is on the 5th floor. The front desk area in now inside the, what used to be a bar area to the right when you walk in. It's a mess...and like I said, from my room I watched them working the pool area. Not good. Everything is by hand, no construction equipment. Going to be a while. Anyway, I don't want to be too harsh, but if everything is down and all over the place, why are charging pre-covid prices?? Ridiculous!
