The property is fine stay was good. Just a little old and was tried to be redone. Overall it was good

Rooms were not cleaned upon my arrival at 1pm. Was told to return at 3, I returned at 3 room was still not cleaned. I asked what room I would be in I was told a 1st level room and the room number. I said that i had dinner meeting at 5 and I would not be to get back to the hotel till after 7pm. I returned and the owner was giving someone else the room I was that I would be in. A older gentleman was also complaining about the room he was given as he expressly asked for a 1st level room because he was unable to up the stairs.

We had a amazing stay and already planning a trip next year. The staff were very nice everything was clean and it was a truly great time

Would not stay here again
Room was clean but both in-room fridge and microwave didn’t work. No hot water to make tea anywhere.

The family and I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was kind. Our second time staying there, we will be back again. Our son thought he left his elf toy at the hotel, and the staff was kind enough to call us and let us know they didnt find it. But we found it at the in laws down the road. Lovely place! Good environment for children.
