This was our second stay here. We love this motel. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The property is completely non smoking, a great plus! The hot tub was very welcomed after a day of hiking. The free shuttle stops right across the road and if you want to walk, you are only about a mile from downtown Manitou Springs. A quaint and cool town. The motel is a few miles from Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Broadmoor Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cave Dwellings. We will visit here again.

As someone in a wheelchair it would have been nice to have a shower chair. We had to fit one in our vehicle and drag it for 900 miles. Rooms were clean. A little protein in the breakfast would be nice. Location is centrally located between Manitou Springs and Garden of The Gods.

There are so many motels like this one in the area. My experience was very good. The staffs are friendly. Breakfast is just continental with no protein. You park in front of your room. The room is clean and the pool with a hot spa are indoor open until 10 pm. The only draw back is the location. Only the #36 shuttle going to town is across the street. The #33 shuttle going to the Cog Train is 20 min walk away.

Stayed for two weeks doing some high altitude training. The location was excellent (a short walk from downtown Manitou Springs and close to entrance ramps for 24 East and West). The beds were very comfortable and the facility was quiet at night. The breakfast was the typical continental fare, but it was sufficient to start the day. The employees at the front desk were very personable and efficient. I would stay again. Savelli's is a restaurant literally next door. I recommend it for pizza and pasta.

A horrible experience. First and foremost, room was not clean. Pool and hot tub, not clean. Bed was a marshmallow! Spider on bed, that bit me. Addressed with front desk representative, at checkout. She did not seem to care. Ask for a manager. She said he was not there. Asked for a phone call, never received one. Called back today, spoke with the manager. Requested a refund. He indicated he could not, or for that matter, give a discount for the issues. As a decorated and retired disabled and retired veteran. I would not recommend this hotel, to any of my fellow veterans, family, or friends, or anyone, for that matter! As, the staff, appears, to not care. Again, horrible stay, horrible experience!

Very clean rooms and soft warm beds. Quiet hotel with very nice staff. Nice spa and pool room. Decent typical complimentary breakfast with waffles, cereal, pastries/bread/bagels and fruit. Very roomy double queen room with clean linens and warm blankets.

Modest, not bad. Breakfast was cereal, good coffee, hard boiled egg, apples/oranges two mornings and bananas for a short time the third morning. Bagels, muffins, etc. No eggs otherwise, no sausage or bacon. NO MICROWAVE OVEN in either of our two rooms. Decent mid sized fridge worked good.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel, the staff was friendly, informative and willing to let us check in a little early which we appreciated. The rooms were clean and well kept. It’s close to restaurants and shuttle into town the rooms were clean and well kept. I would stay here again.

So you get what you pay for. I come back to this hotel because I’m not extremely picky. The beds are comfortable, it’s relatively clean, and I’ve never had a problem with the service. This stay, we just happened to get a hotel room in which the bathtub wouldn’t drain. Not a big deal in my eyes. Everything else was ok. Breakfast was fair but again, you get what you pay for. It’s close to all the amenities, I was able to sleep well, stayed clean, and content.
