Nightcap at Edge Hill Tavern recensioner

Motel is a bog standard motel with car parking out the front. All good and handy. Pub is part of the complex & handy for a meal. The meals were nice. Priced ok. Wouldn’t want to pay anymore but not a rip off. Unfortunately there’s a few issues, it’s not a safe feeling. The large car park with other businesses around attracts all types. Having an impromptu welcome to car park ceremony while walking back to the room was very nerving. It’s not the motels fault but still it’s scary. The McDonald’ drive through is only a few metres away from the front door, so you will hear “are you using the my maccas app” many times. The room was ok. Ended up with an itch, not sure if it was the sheets or what… all up it’s got potential but the uncomfortable nature of the area and occupancy isn’t good. Staff were friendly.
