This is a very outstanding accomdoation for travellers. The enviorment and food are very good. Staff are very helpful. I stayed at the room rear door facing parking space which is very convenience. The impression of the Inn is impressive and would stay again when visting Wales. I love this Inn.

We booked online we arrived plenty of parking space we meet up in the bar had a drink then went to our table all the staff was friendly and courteous good range of menu & specials board every course I had was wonderful & all of us enjoyed good service & value for money will certainly return again

We booked The Plough as we were attending a wedding nearby. We stayed for two nights, the room we stayed in was spacious with a settee and 2 chairs and table. The views from the room were amazing. The first evening we booked a table in the restaurant , my gosh there was so much to choose from we had the Chefs Special Salmon to start and Lamb for mains, the food was delicious. The cleanliness and decor throughout the hotel was excellent. At the breakfast the next morning there were plenty of choices. There was ample parking spaces which were free which was a nice change from other hotels we have visited. The whole stay was totally relaxing. Finally the Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Decided to visit South Wales for a short break and found this hotel by accident and booked one of their special offers. As soon as we arrived and we were directed to our room 208, which was the Towy Suite, we realised that we had chosen well. A very large and spacious quiet room with views of the countryside. An enormous four poster bed dominates the room but with plenty of extra space to accommodate a sofa and additional furniture with drawers also a large wardrobe with good hanging space. The large bathroom with free standing bath and very large separate shower and also a double sink completed our accommodation. The restaurant and bar area where dinner was served and the separate breakfast room were not over large but seemed to meet the hotels requirements and were never overcrowded even though the hotel encouraged not resident dining. The food was excellent for all meals and seemed to be cooked to order and was always hot and presented well. The service level was perfect and a special thanks to Zak for correcting a wrong order we made and to the lady who attended us at breakfast. We would recommend to all without hesitation.

We had an amazing anniversary stay. Exceptionally warm and personal welcome from Sara, Andrew and the staff. The room was spotless and spacious with a lovely view. The food was exceptional we chose from the specials menu. We were very touched by the complimentary glass of champagne with dinner and the attentive service in the restaurant. Breakfast was to its usual high standard. The plough never fails to deliver, it holds very special memories for us and we will be back for a 2 night stay in November with friends.

We had a very enjoyable mini break in The Plough. The upgrade to Room 201 was very welcome. The facilities were superb and as I am a birdwatcher the views were stunning. 4 red kites overhead at the same time and The Plough is obviously an overnight roost for pied wagtails as they came in to the lower car park and bushes at dusk. The food was excellent as ever as was the service. It would be wrong to single out any one of the staff for praise but I must apologise to the young lady on duty when we checked out. I saw your Email and thought 'did we really drink all that!!' and assumed that you would take the balance automatically. It clearly stated if happy click here but I did not read that. Anyway she was very tactful, polite, and charming pointing it out to me.

Wonderful stay again. Great place. Has everything you need. Resturant was quite full for a Sunday evening. Lots of people who were just in for a meal. Excellent food. Lovely helpful polite staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Super breakfast. Great room. Fabulous bed. Very good value for money.

Nice friendly hotel. Good location and price. Stayed here for a business trip, about 15 mins from Carmarthen but worthwhile. Comfortable and quiet rooms with a nice view of the hills. Veggie breakfast was really good and plenty of choice for other options.

We have just spent another wonderful stay at The Plough Hotel in Rhosmaen. The staff are really efficient and friendly. Our room was superb with lovely countryside views. Lovely relaxing bar area. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Really good value for money and so welcoming. Highly recommended.
