Oro Verde Manta

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. We stayed in a bungalow.

Best Hotel in Manta, Ecuador!

I highly recommend the Oro Verde Manta for a family stay. I just returned from visiting Manta with my kids and husband. My kids (13 and 10) had never visited Ecuador and we stayed at this hotel while we also visited with family. We stayed for 6 nights. The breakfast was amazing and had options for everyone. The pool was great. Never too crowded and had a great vibe. The kids loved playing at the pool and we loved relaxing there. It was easy to order drinks and snacks while there too. The room was a great size, very clean, and had everything we needed, including bottled water each day. The AC was great - the only downside to this was that bathing suits did not dry quickly. My family also loved the really nice mall across the street and its food court! This hotel definitely turned our trip into a vacation. Last, they had transportation to and from the hotel from the airport in Manta. I let them know ahead of time and there was someone waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. If you are visiting, please know this hotel hosts weddings. There was a large one while we were there and the noise level was VERY high. The hotel let us know ahead of time, but at that point it was too late for use to make other plans. If you NEED quiet to sleep, I would inquire about events before booking. Luckily, we were exhausted and were able to sleep. The hotel ran out of earplugs but they made it up to us. Overall, this was an excellent stay and the Oro Verde goes out of its way to ensure that.

Oro Verde hotel is excellent! Wonderful food prepared by chef Zulca. All meals were attended by the waiter Esteban, who was always very attentive from day one! The room is very comfortable! The gym is amazing! Nice view to the beach! I hope to return soon!

We loved our stay. The staff very kind and helped with whatever we needed. Karl, our waitress always asked how we were and helped us with everything. The room we stayed at was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied and pleases everyone.

We enjoyed an amazing experience with live music, delicious finger food and the best ceviche in Manta. The service provided by Juber and ‘pool’ Tatiana was outstanding. Great set up by the pool area. The General manager spoiled us with a customized welcome ;) Thank you for a nice evening!

We had the best time at this hotel - all of the staff was lovely and very fun. Melina in the Deli was so wonderful and let us borrow a bottle opener for the day on our excursion. The restaurant had fabulous food and the deli had a great selection of fresh bread and pastries. Would love to go back and visit again soon ＜3

I recently stayed at the Oro Verde in Manta and as always, the hotel and staff are top notch. AlexaMar always keeps things smooth without issues at the front desk. When we need office space or rooms for events Maura is a huge help and gets us situated with what we need. The rooms are always fantastic to include the gym, pool and Bungalows which also have great views. We always look forward to coming back to this hotel.
