Wyndham Maoming

One best beach resorts that I have been to here in China in the last couple of years. It is a paradise for people who love to take pictures. It is a private beach resort and hence the beach is not crowded and splendid clean. I stayed in a sea view room. The views were amazing. The breakfast was very good with very nice staff. I would definitely recommend this place, and I am going back again this week with my colleagues.

I went there because despite being far from everything, I don´t mind if it´s a nice place. I was lured by the nice pics with the blue sea, but what I found was disappointing, very calm, yes and so closed to the beach that you can hear the sea from the room. that I loved. What I didn't like much was that the water was brown-ish, I didn´t even dare to get in there. As for the hotel, first the good thing: LEO in the front desk went far and beyond to help me with my requirements, really seemed like the only person there willing to help customers. The room was clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed. The hotel has a pretty floating church where you can take nice pictures, it[s popular for weddings as I could evidence. Now, the not so good: Service wasn't as nice as you would expect for the price they charge; besides LEO, as I already mentioned, and the nice lady at the entrance of the restaurant, the rest of the staff was rather uninterested and unpolite. I went to the swimming pool the first day and there weren't any towels available. I asked one of the guys there (as of today I don't know what they were doing besides sitting on a chair and spitting all afternoon) if they could get me a towel and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get one...it was a 10 min walk from the swimming pool). I asked also the lady in the little convenience store next to the pool and the answer was the same. I went, asked LEO, he apologized and got me a towel (took them 10 mins to get a clean towel for me) and I finally could go. Breakfast buffet is mostly Chinese, and so is all in the hotel, mostly for Chinese couples who want to take nice pictures... I don't know what I was expecting, I though I would find a more foreigner-friendly environment, but I still have to learn to lower my expectations.

This hotel was truly amazing! The service manager, Leo, was outstanding and would go the extra mile for his guest. I highly recommend this hotel ❤

This is the 1st time in my life that I need to wait 4 hours in the queu for a checking. even manager gave us a free dinner but really a nightmare. Another day we ask for room service, the food arrived 1.5 hours later. In summary never go to this hotel in peak season. They are lack of workers. even the few staff they have they try their best to make you happy but i feel sorry for them cause the hotel administration do not give them big support. We will never come back here. Sorry for the good beach and nice facilities, but this vacations was terrible.

首先，這個酒店真的很有度假的感覺，擁有私人大海灘，靜靜的在海邊走走，吹吹海風，不像在第一灘那邊這麼多人。前台服務人員10分親切有禮，就連經過碰到的保潔姨姨和其他工作人員一樣也會笑着和你打招呼幫你開門，10分愉快。房間空間大，我訂的是海景房有個露台正對海灘。10分推薦。 還有一個大浴缸。房間清潔衛生都做得很妥當。 這些部份都10分滿意。來入住園區還有一些項目，有小火車坐，晚上有些表演，這些都不錯。 酒店晚上套餐包了個晚餐自助餐，這個就出事了，晚餐說的是6-9pm，我7:30去到，基本都好像沒什麼東西，剩下點都像頭頭尾尾的東西，燒烤檔8pm都停止運作，什麼都沒有了，又不知道管理的人是不是腦袋進水，全部食物都是放在室外，晚上外面又多蚊又多蟲，那些食物蚊蟲停過看了都不想吃。燒烤檔放在戶外合理，可是其他冷盤熱盤就這樣放在戶外衛生嗎？想着吃一點雪糕，怎料雪糕車外寫的是Häagen-Dazs，打開一看是美怡樂。建議大家這個自助晚餐可以直接跳過不用購買套餐。果段走人開車出去找吃的。 第二天星期日早上更是離譜，本想着是海浪聲喚醒的早上，怎料變成是工程噪音把我一大早八點嘈醒。這個管理又是腦袋進水。有什麼工程要這麼趕急要在星期日最多客人入住的早上做呢？真的失望大家看片。不過前台服務又是再一次良好的，打個電話去前台投訴，然後過幾分鐘工程就停了，可是我已經被嘈醒了。做工程不能起碼10點後才開始嗎？又或者在平日入住率不高的時候再做？管理層建議可以早點回家。 早餐的自助餐就合理很多，食物豐富，重點是食物都放在室內少了蚊蟲衛生很多。 總結：設施五星，前線服務人員五星，管理零分。
