Otia Hotel

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and the food was both fresh and delicious. The hotel offers great amenities, including a steam room and sauna, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. The location is ideal, with the beach just a short distance away. One area for improvement would be the response time for replenishing towels and room supplies, which took longer than expected. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience. The hotel is truly beautiful, and the rooftop area is a standout feature. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay, especially after reading some of the mixed reviews. It’s clear that not everything you read online tells the full story. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Hotel which is nicely located and a 2.5km casual walk past the embassies and consulates to the beach. Value for money hotel around considering what other hotels are charging for especially for business. Clean and professional hotel and restaurant serves excellent breakfast which is also strictly Halal ( no alcohol or pork ). The dinner menu is extensive and surprisingly good. Staff were excellent and always willing to help out with any issues. The hotel and restaurant managers were on top of their game whilst Yara , Felix , Maria at reception were efficient and professional. Check in was a breeze. There was a pool which was very inviting but I could not use due to my schedule. The gym was good and air-conditioned. The sauna was still being built as I think it is a new hotel. I will be booking here if available whenever i come to Maputo. Check it out you won't be disappointed. Some minor items to be upgraded like the wifi in the rooms and to replace tea cups with mugs.

Mau atendimento, recepcionista sem formação em atendimento ao cliente, Gerente não disponivel, 30 minutos em espera para fazer a reclamação e ninguém estave disponível para atender, livro de reclamações não disponível trancado na Direcção. Limpeza não boa. 09:30h foi probido o pequeno almoço mas no booking o horário do pequeno almoço vai até 10h.
