Eurostars Oasis Marbella

The hotel is brand new, with excellent furnishings and a good location to the beach and restaurants by foot. But even better is the service. My son and I caught a food poisoning at Gibraltar, and the manager asked the kitchen to prepare a chicken consommé, which is not in the Menü. The soup allowed us to revive, and was excellent! Many thanks to the kitchen! But all staff is very attentive, we were treated very kindly and service team is excellent from front desk to kitchen, breakfast, bar and our Colombian cleaning lady. If you want some days in a relaxed environment, excellent service, nice pool, then go.

First time staying in the Eurostar Oasis hotel and certainly will not be our last. The hotel is modern with tasteful attention to design and furnishings. All staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. At this point I would highlight Xavier (Chavi), Juan and Adrian, who went above and beyond to make our stay special, though other staff - from General Manager, waiting, reception and housekeeping were also delightful but unfortunately didn't catch their names. Room was large, clean and bright with huge terrace and sun loungers. Bed was very comfortable. Although there were guests on either side of our room, we never heard them, so very good sound proofing. The hotel is well situated in a quiet area but within walking distance to Puerto Banus and the beach. There are regular buses into Marbella. Good choice of food both at breakfast and lunch/dinner menu. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Oasis Hotel.

This hotel is amazing as well as its location.a short walk to the golden mile and situated conveniently between peurto banus and Marbella. This is our 2nd visit and we weren’t disappointed! The pool area and gardens are lovely and you can always get a sun bed ☺️The rooms are stunning, modern and comfortable with large balconies. The staff can’t do enough for you, a special shout out to Xavier the hotel manager who made our stay so memorable and made us feel so welcome being returning guests (can’t believe he remembered us) will definitely go again next year and can’t recommend the whole experience enough!!

Great modern hotel, lovely staff, beautiful pool area and outdoor bar where we would have lunch every day. The rooms are nice and well equipped with big balconies. Everything is decorated really nicely. I would definitely use this hotel again. My only negative would be the walls are really thin so you could hear everything going on in the rooms around you.

Terrible hotel for price quality, staff not friendly and to say inexperienced is an understatement. Terrible breakfast, noisy rooms, dirty terraces and rooms, the only redeeming features are the pool and the breakfast staff. The bar service, reception, and pool bar are terrible.

I have never written a review on TripAdvisor but I recently stayed in this new hotel and it was absolutely amazing so I just had to write one. I actually couldn't find any faults. We stayed in a seaview room on the first night, it was beautiful and spacious with a huge balcony with loungers and it got sun all day. We were only supposed to stay one night but the hotel was so good we booked another night in a pool view room which was equally beautiful. You didn't get sun on your balcony but this didn't matter as we went down to the pool which is stunning. Staff couldn't do enough for you especially Xavier. Everything you could want was at breakfast. If you needed poached eggs and avocado, omelettes, GF options Xavier was only to willing to get it for you. Eurostar is perfect location between Marbella and Puerto Banu. It was only 10/15 mins on a bus to old town Marbella and the stop is directly across from the hotel and goes very frequently and only costs 1.18 euro. If you prefer an uber it only costs 9 euro. From the hotel to Puerto Banus its only a 20 min walk and its along the beach which is amazing. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing, each night I enjoyed going into the hustle and bustle but then returning to quiet. Old town Marbella was my favourite area with beautiful tapas and cocktail bars. Don't hesitate to book this hotel as its 5 star.
