應該是馬貝拉比較好的五星級酒店，但體驗感一般，不會再入住。攜程套房的圖片與實際不符，實際就是一個普通酒店房間多了一個沙發，房間有一股發黴的味道。攜程註明2020年開業，我以為是新酒店，實際裝修都比較老舊，我不明白為什麼是2020開業的酒店。前台服務不符合五星級標準，上午辦好手續，下午來取房卡，前台衹有一個人，非常慢，等了很久。 酒店優點在於餐廳很多，晚上吃飯感覺不錯，位置在海邊，散步非常舒服。

Beautiful resort on the coast of Marbella. Exceptional service. The hotel as 23 restaurants with a variety of cuisine and atmosphere. The rooms are luxurious, spacious and clean. The housekeeping are excellent with the rooms cleaned every morning while at breakfast and again for turn down in the evening while you are our for dinner. We stayed in March when the weather was bit cold but all the pools are heated. The gym is top tier with both saunas and steam room. The spa is also beautiful i would especially recommend the massages.

Puente Romano Resort was great ✨ Super friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and what I appreciate the most is the beautiful environment with the botanical garden, bird song, that it’s only a few steps from the sea and not to forget that you have the best restaurants in Marbella outside your door! Love the gym at sea grill as well 🫶🏼 Can’t wait to get back very soon

We loved our stay at the Puente Romano, from the moment we arrived & throughout our stay, all the staff we encountered were wonderful, professional & super friendly. The setting is just lovely with beautiful, sprawling mature grounds with meandering pathways & water features around every corner. Different swimming pool areas were all stunning & the hotel has direct access to the beach. The rooms are lovely & very classy with stylish soft tones. Whilst lovely, we did have a little issue with our initial room, but when we spoke to reception the following morning, this was handled without issue very quickly & we were moved to another room, that had an even better view, which was very much appreciated. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious with extensive choice, served in the Sea Grill Restaurant, overlooking the sea, such a wonderful setting. The main bar in the hotel is stunning & there are further bars & a number of feature Restaurants that are part of the hotel complex. I imagine these will attract a lot of people from outside the hotel, especially in the high season & weekends, so could get very busy. Yes, this is an expensive hotel as you may expect in this area but definitely a true five star experience from start to finish. We look forward to staying here again.
