The house has recently been lovingly refurbished by the new owner and offers the closeness of the activity of Puerto Banus whilst being nestled in tropical gardens in the heart of Nueva Andalucia, offering peace and quiet just a stoneâs throw from where itâs all happening. The development is within a gated community which boasts four separate swimming pools. The house has three bedrooms, two have double beds and the third has a futon style double bed. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and there is a separate family bathroom, the master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pools and gardens.
The living area is open plan and very spacious, the owner has installed a 52 inch 3D smart T.V . The lounge leads to the patio area and garden .
