In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine (extra), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. 200 m footpath to the house. Public parking 250 m on the road. Shop 100 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 200 m, bar, ferry "Portoferraio" 23 km, sandy beach "Sant´Andrea" 7 km. Sports harbour 7 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, cable car 500 m.
