Brand new updated pool and Area as well as the tennis court with pickleball lines. Enjoy weekly or monthly rentals in the perfect location on the south side of the island. Seaview condos are directly across the street from the beach and this unit is located on the top floor which allows for gulf views from the relaxing lanai as well as pool and tennis /pickleball court views outside your front door. The newly updated condo has a wonderful home feeling with a fully stocked kitchen, televisions in every room, wifi throughout, beautiful bedding for your comfort, brand new leather pull out couch, dining room table, washer, dryer, printer and much more. You will find the paved beach access 200 feet from this unit. Beach chairs, A beach cart,coolers, towels and more are supplied for your comfort. Get into vacation mode, pick a week or a month, and come enjoy this condo on the amazing Marco Island. We are Known for our sunsets, golf, restaurants, sandy beaches and nearby attractions. Perfect for us We enjoyed our stay...the property was well kept...there were only 3 other families staying in the complex while we were there so it was nice and quiet. The unit was decorated cute and was very clean and had everything we needed. I'd stay there again if I return to the area.

Beautiful Getaway We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were attentive and the location couldn't have been better. From door to beach is 10 minutes, and that includes our favorite location on the beach south of the walkway. Most nights we could see the sunset from the lanai. Food and shopping is within walking distance as well. We hope to return!

Location, location, location Can’t get any better for beach access when staying across the street. We love to walk over every evening for sunset. The condo is lovely and so, so nice to have a view. The pool area is great. The only thing that would have made it perfect for us was if the tennis court was maintained and marked for pickleball.
