The property was nice and the location was pretty good. Our unit wasn’t that clean or current. I’d say the deco, to the appliances could use an upgrade and a dishwasher would be nice.

It was well kept, had everything needed, even a bottle of wine welcoming you! Pool was just steps away. It was close to restaurants, shops, gas station/convenient store. Gary was a fantastic host and communicated very well. Highly recommended and will certainly stay there again.

Relax, patio-time, beach-time, pool-time, repeat! We absolutely love this condo! The private patio is so nice, the unit is beautiful and very well maintained and the location makes getting to anything on the resort a breeze.

Awesome Condo This rental could not have been any better. It's walking distance to several restaurants, steps away from the pool, and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The unit was very clean and perfect for our stay on Marco Island.

Great location on Marco Island We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location in walking distance to some excellent restaurants. Nice garden and patio right outside our door and we had a view of the ocean. We could walk right out our patio door and it was just a few steps to the pool area. Condo was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and cooler bag.
