The first condo that we were booked into did not have air conditioning and was small and not remodel. Looked very out to date. They moved us to a different one which was much much nicer. Very up-to-date, very comfortable, clean and had air conditioning.

Perfect location and great amenities
Check in was great and the staff member was fantastic. This is a great spot to stay and will be our go-to from now on. Appreciated the Executive level. Honestly, more attention to the cleaning of this unit is needed. It's a beautiful unit, but it needs a good scrubbing. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Location and pool was good. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants.
Limited amenities, sheets and dishes weren't clean and shower door was broken.

Property is very nice. Unit could use a few updates like beach chairs but other than that all good. The unit did have beach chairs they were just old and need replaced.

The staff was amazing!! The condo was clean and directly across to the street from their beach access. We were given a late check out which was so appreciated!

STAY AWAY! ☹️
As someone with what I consider a fare amount of travel experience I would say that the cost associated with the stay was way below the standards one would expect.
Everything is outdated and the cleanliness was much to be desired. The office staff was courteous and professional but also have no skin in the game as financial recipients to the property.
I give the property overall a zero on every aspect given it's location and short of just being slumlords. This was one case for certain you didn't get what you payed for.
Life lesson learned and shame on the owners for making a money grab from hard working people seeking some relaxation.

Pass if you can......
Pros:
Master bedroom
Proximity to the beach
Private outside patio
Kitchen was passable for our needs but outdated
Cons:
Check-in was messy, disorganized, no communication
No towels
No soap
No shampoo
No dishwasher detergent
No bath mat when you get out of shower
Bathroom was not clean and the sink was passable for a dwarf
Two televisions that didn't work. One of the televisions didn't work because somebody put a password on the Roku and we couldn't add applications. The other TV never worked
Without the location being where it was, it was not worth the price we paid and would not recommend to anyone

this place requires serious renovation. all appliances are 30 years old, shower and bathroom conditions are not good at the very least but the rooms are of good size

We enjoyed our stay at Marco Beach Vacation Suites. It was clean and comfortable. The pool area was nice and the water was warm. Easy walk to the beach across the street and through a private walkway. Quick response from the office for any questions or needs we had.
