Beautifully presented, lovely hosts, the heated floor in the bathroom was wonderful. Some stairs to climb to get up to the rooms but the views are your reward.

Seriously the best stay ever. Leonie and Tim were so accommodating and great to chat to. The most comfortable beds, beautiful views, heated bathroom floors and overall very clean and tidy. We only stayed for the night but it was like home away from home-- would highly recommend if you're looking for a personal, comfortable, and cozy stay just outside of Hobart. 10/10, hope to come back here one day!

Leonie and Tim’s B&B, not far from Hobart, is a 15-minute drive away. Our room, The Baudin, was spacious and had everything we could ever need. The hosts’ attention to detail was commendable. The views were spectacular, even with wallabies in the backyard at dusk. The freshly cooked breakfast was outstanding, using local, fresh produce and homemade condiments. Waterview Gardens is an ideal base to explore nearby parts of Tasmania. A big shoutout to Leonie and Tim for making our first night in Tasmania a memorable experience. Don’t hesitate to book; you won’t be disappointed.

What a great place to stay. Spotless, incredibly attentive hosts and a wonderful view over the water from the large rooms. 15 minutes from Bruny Island or Hobart and just down the road from Kingston, a shopping centre with every facility and great views of the Derwent River. Very central. The wildlife hopping in each day is a delight and the breakfast is expansive. Looking forward to returning and staying longer.

Absolute luxury!
Our host Leonie was fantastic.
From walking in the front door it felt like walking through pages of a magazine!
Our room was huge and included two large arm chairs, huge bed that was so comfortable and a beautiful big bathroom with floor heating.
Lovely balcony to have a cuppa on watching the Paddy Melons when they came for a visit.
Excellent tea/coffee, biscuits, microwave and great shower/bath products - every thing you’d need.
Breakfast was superb, fantastic crockery, crystal glasses, cloth napkins and great tasty home cooked breakfasts.
So peaceful we will definitely be staying again.

We arrived on Christmas Day and most restaurants were closed. Leonie and Tim offered us dinner. Heartfelt from both of us. The house setting was incredible and the room was excellent. Tea, coffee, cookies and Lindt chocolates are available. The balcony with the sea insight. The garden with many flowers and most of all, there are wallabies gracing on the grasses. Breakfast was incredibly satisfying. Tim acted as our a guide and drove us to Mona Museum, Bonorong and up to MT Wellington. Even dropped us at Horbart Town.

This B&B is superb. Leonie and Tim the hosts are wonderful people who make you feel instantly at home the minute you arrive. Leonie's breakfasts are better than any 5 star hotel and your every need is catered for. The views from the bedroom were superb and the peace and quiet wonderful. We had the best time staying here and would highly recommend this property to other couples and sole travellers .
