The hotel was very poor overall, the staff was "friendly" but please do not take the breakfast option as it is a complete disappointment, it will be literally a coffee and 1 croissant made by the receptionist and that's all. It is a budget place where everything is kind of odd looking but clean!

During my recent visit, I had a mixed experience. The service was generally attentive and friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained and clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. Overall, I enjoyed my time.

Was a basic hotel but clean and the air-conditioning worked wondered when we went. Staff friendly and the location was great as the bus/train and tram were all within 5 minutes walk.

房間不大 旺季很難訂的小旅館，很陳舊 但衞生，電梯太小 可以容納三個人 位置在車站背面，在車站地下通道過去十分鐘吧，通道有一層的台階沒有電梯，大件行李拎着沉。附近飯店有幾家。還行吧

시설이 노후되었지만 꽤 쾌적한 방이었습니다. 수건도 구비가 되어 있었습니다. 물이 나오는 샤워기가 실망스러웠습니다. 이불이 너무 얇았습니다 ㅜ

มีอาหารเช้า แค่ครัวซองค์1 ชิ้น และกาแฟ โรงแรมห่างจากสถานีไปหน่อย เดินเหนื่อย ห้องเก่า ฝักบัวพัง ชักโครกกดไม่ได้ สภาพแบบนี้ในราคานี้ แนะนำว่าควรเพิ่มเงินอีกหน่อยไปพักที่อื่นดีกว่า แต่พนังงานต้อนรับดีมาก

Hotel très bien situé, bons conseils pour visiter Venise de la part du personnel. Petit déjeuner minimaliste, un café dans un gobelet et un croissant. Salle de bain dans un état lamentable et impossible de fermer le volet.

Бронировала перед самой поездкой - вариантов фактически не было. Дополнительно на месте взяли туристический налог. Плюсы: круглосуточная стойка администратора, хорошее отношение, безопасность, чистое постельное бельё. Подойдёт переночевать для непритязательных туристов, которые не собираются сидеть в номере.
