Profesional staff, big room with a nice view .

ottimo hotel un po difficoltosa la sistemazione dell'auto poiché il loro garage non sempre e' disponibile. Tuttavia a poco più di 200 mt vi e' un garage all'aperto molto comodo. Stanze perfette con una vista mare incantevole. Fra i servizi ho utilizzato la spa situata al piano terra. Per la ristorazione tutto ok cena e pranzo ho qualche nota dolente per la colazione, poiché alquanto misera sopratutto di cibo dolce, cappuccino o servizio bevande calde da ritirare a mano e non al tavolo, credo che per un 4 stelle sia una cosa ridicola. Non ho usufruito della  spiaggia perche' fuori stagione ma presente a partire dalla seconda meta' di maggio

Wonderful room with a balcony and seaview but not all our group was so lucky Beautiful seating area on 6th floor and lovely food . Helpful staff in the main hotel and at breakfast. The spa cafe across the road is not very good, nobody about for over 30 minutes despite receptionist telling me there was.

This was the final stop on a tour of Puglia. It is situated centrally, with its own access to the beach, which is sandy and clean. The hotel was nothing special, and although it was said to have had a refurbishment, this seemed limited to the bathroom, where ours had a walk-in shower, marble-effect sink area, and a bidet. The decor was dated, and the only plug we could find easily in the room was attached to the coffee machine (which was full of dirty water with a scum on it, so we didn't use the Lavazza coffee pods that were supplied). You will pay 2 Euros for a bottle of water from the fridge. This was a convenient stop-off to visit Monte Sant Angelo, which is a delightful hilltop town with views out over the Adriatic, and has a superb church built underground into a cave. We only ate in the hotel on one night, and the food was disappointing. Breakfast was limited, and the coffee was awful. Given that the restaurant only opens at 0730, and most tours staying there were gone by 0830, breakfast was a scrum-down - utter chaos. Not much going on in the town, and restaurants are mainly pizzerias along the beach front, but Stella d'Oro, just around the corner from the hotel, is a good shout, and we had a nice meal there. The staff seemed to be fairly robotic, and the lady at check-out simply couldn't cope, to the point where she wanted to charge us twice for the tourist tax of 2 Euros each.

Well situated hotel literally on the beach and within 2 minute walking distance of the centre of town for restaurants etc. Rooms were large and well appointed and most had a balcony. Shower over the bath is a bit strange as in the middle of the bath rather than up one end so you have to work around it! Meals were fine, love the anti-pasta buffet and starters. Bit mean with things like not providing towels for the beach for tour guests but only a small point.

A fabulous hotel and an excellent base for exploring some very unique villages. We had a sea view room which was lovely and spacious. The whole hotel is extremely clean and well looked after. All of the staff were exceptional in the service they offered. Thank you for your kindness and warmth.

My husband, our 2 little daughters and I have stayed for a week in this beautiful hotel. What a nice experience it was! The hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated and has nice facilities, like a swimming pool with thermal water. The employees of the hotel are the nicest people in the world. The hotel is located in a little and cosy town. You can stroll through the charming streets or make a promenade alongside the beach. You can easily take a bus to the beautiful towns Barletta or Trani.

Retro hotel that takes you back to the 60s. I enjoyed the funky decor and felt transported back in time. We had beech view and balcony which is excellent for soaking up morning sun. Room extremely clean and spacious. Breakfast was sufficient.

My daughter, husband and grandson had moved into the hotel for 3 weeks so I popped down to see them over a long weekend. The hotel organised my taxi from the closest train station, Barletta .My welcome was warm . I had a 4th floor balcony room overlooking the beach . It was simple but immaculate and my bathroom had a fabulous shower. Housekeeping standards are high and the stone floor was mopped every day .Air conditioning was silent and effective in such a warm soot .The building is perhaps 1950s ? it has a lovely cool spacious feel . It could easily feature in ‘ Architectural Digest ‘ . Staff were lovely and those at reception oozed genuine charm.Joyous!

Séjour en groupe .. hôtel correct mais au niveau restauration une catastrophe.. petit dej: service minimum.. aucun choix .. et pour les repas du soir compris dans le prix: buffet de salades: 5 sortes.. et ensuite entrée et plat: viande sèche- très fine et accompagnement déplorable.. les assiettes repartent toutes presque pleines.. à éviter à tout prix

Nous sommes venus passer deux nuits ! Nous avons été enchantés par cet hôtel ! Grande chambre, très joliment décorée ! Balcon! Tout confort ! Personnel agréable, réception accueillante. Petit déjeuner et dîner correct. Très bien. L’hôtel est situé en bord de mer, et en ville, donc on peut sortir le soir se promener.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti nel periodo di Pasqua in questo splendido hotel! Eravamo un gruppo di circa 50 persone e devo dire sono stati tutti molto bravi e pazienti nel gestirci! Dalla reception al personale di sala e non ultimo il direttore sempre presente. Tutto molto pulito con spazi molto ampi! La cucina impeccabile con piatti tipici pugliesi sempre vari! Vista spettacolare sul mare con il promontorio del Gargano che faceva da sfondo! Insomma tutto molto bello quindi consigliatissimo! Provare per credere!

Sono un agente di viaggi e ho prenotato presso questa struttura un piccolo gruppo di persone piuttosto esigenti Mi sono confrontata spesso con il direttore che mi ha aiutato a gestire la cosa con grande gentilezza e capacità I clienti sono stati molto soddisfatti sia delle camere vista mare che del cibo Sicuramente terrò in mente questa struttura per prossime prenotazioni
