What a joke of a hotel. We booked to stay and choose the flexible rate with 24 hour cancellation. Our plans then changed, so we needed to cancel, which we did 48 hours beforehand. However, the hotel still charged us for the one night and, despite numerous emails, no one at the hotel responds. I have now escalated directly with Accor and reported the payment as fraud to my credit card company. I am so glad we never actually got to stay at this hotel, given how appalling their customer service is when they steal your money, I can only imagine how bad it would have been to have stayed there.
