The hotel location is great for hikes and access to stunning mountains, lakes and nearby towns. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The spa infinity pools offer breathtaking views. The food was fantastic, great variety and locally sourced. The staff were very professional, approachable and friendly.

We loved this property. The service from staff was exceptional especially Sebastian and Christina at front desk and Marin at the bar. The 6 course tasting menu was good, but at times I felt they were trying just a little too hard. The location of the property is wonderful and we loved all of the amenities. Special thanks to Sebastian who was so very helpful to us during our stay. We enjoyed taking advantage of the unlimited use cable car and bus card, which is a very nice perk. Thank you to everyone!

We truly enjoyed our stay - from the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by the team until the moment we sadly had to leave. My mother and I spent 9 days at this gorgeous hotel and loved every single bit of it - spacious and beautiful Sky Suite, delicious food, great massages at the spa, relaxing at the pool and of course the view. The view is absolutely out of this world and we could spend hours at the terrace overlooking the mountains. And last but not least I need to mention impeccable service, kindness and warm attention from hotel team - everyone was very welcoming and kind and pit a lot of efforts into making each guests stay really memorable. It was my second stay already at the resort and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Since the moment we arrived, everything has been outstanding. The building is designed with attention to detail and built with high-quality materials; the spa is spacious, impeccably maintained, and the adults-only section was a big plus for us; the view from the outdoor infinity pool and hot tub is picture-perfect. One can feel that every detail of the service has been thought through as well. We enjoyed all the little personal touches - from someone coming by our table every evening to greet us and ask how our stay is going, to the waiter remembering our names and what we ordered last time, to a note left in our room with our housekeepers name, inviting us to share anything we want done differently in our room. The breakfast buffet choice is endless, with a focus on fresh and local products (best bread selection I have ever seen, and the meats and cheeses deserve a mention, too); every evening we thought the dinner could not be better, and the next evening it was somehow better - my compliments to the chef and the kitchen team. It is not often that one finds this level of excellence in hospitality.

The hotel is beautiful, with amazing facilities, food and staff. Ideal if you ski, and if you don't. The spa is is just what you need after a day on the slopes. There is also a soft play area for children, and separate children's pool.

It was the 2nd time we stayed here and we simply love it! Everything is outstanding - the staff is friendly, the food is amazing, the rooms are great for families and the spa is fantastic. We will be back!
