Stayed here twice as pre-booked to and from airport. First visit just one night. Room was fine but dinner buffet was inedible. Glad we had some crisps with us. 2nd visit for two nights. We ate before we arrived to avoid the buffet experience. 16th February - 2nd day we ate lunch at lodge again to avoid buffet. On returning to room we found it had not been serviced. Reception staff very dismissive and suggested that we should have asked for it. Requested to see manager at this point. When she arrived also very unapologetic and arranged for servicing, reluctantly. They eventually arrived. I feel that if the female manager has this attitude then why would the staff care. Gondwana I am afraid you are not providing good service and are too complacent.
