DONT GET THE SMOKING ROOM!! Sheets had holes in it . Bed sheets had yellow stains that could not come off. The smoking room floor is INFESTED WITH BUGS (millipedes) . No breakfast just coffee and room service only comes once a day & they are short staffed. I would not come back here

We belong to the Choice Hotels rewards club and try to use one of their brands when traveling. This is the first time that I can remember being disappointed in a hotel under their brands. Realizing that Econo Lodge is one of their lesser quality brands, I had not expected a lot. The hotel looks nice from the outside and is very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful in getting us registered. The room was clean. It was suite sized and had plenty of room. Bed was comfortable. The room did not have a hair dryer. There was a place for one on the wall. We asked for one, but it never came. There were no Kleenexs. They offered only coffee in the morning. No breakfast items of any type were offered. That may have been due to Covid concerns.

Booked here online (said pet friendly). When I arrived, I disclosed I had a dog and was refused a room. The manager insisted the internet did NOT say it was pet friendly, despite me showing him the booking. We had to find a new hotel on a Friday night, on the outskirts of Atlanta. Multiple websites still say Pet Friendly here. BE WARNED.

Dont stay at this place unless you like ****** front desk clerks. They would not let me buy a room for my Army Veteran friend who has fallen on tough times. Same guy who stayed across the street at the Super 8 3 nights before hand. Same guy who is now tonight staying at the much nicer Wyndham Inn fot two nights . But when asked why my money, which this room was pre payed for mind you through **********, was no good there. Exact words were cause Im not letting the homeless N word stay in my hotel. Now I have to go and try to get refunded my money through ********** and that already is proving difficult. Hotel Bozo!!

I made reservations 2 week's ago. I called today. They said I could never stay their again. So I called choice hotels where I made reservation. They called hotel to get a reason. The manager told them I was messy. He lied. Choice hotel believes me. I cried for 3 hours. But choice hotel found me another hotel at last minute. Those people that run econolodge in Marietta are from another country. They are mean as dirt. Don't ever stay here. They will turn on you. They watch every move u make. My son is mentally challenged they treated him terrible. Choice hotel is very upset at how they treated me and my son. I'm a diamond member. Please please don't stay here. Their whole family lives here in hotel and they watch you like a hawk.

Nasty and run down. No breakfast. Would not let me have 2 towels after I used my 2 towels showering. Took hot water 10 minutes to heat to warm. Property is run down and room was not very clean. QT across the street is the only saving grace.
