Residence Caletta

This place could be so much more. There is no love put into the rentals, Very basic Not inviting Please be aware that if you book as a package holiday and your flight lands early in the evening, you still might not be sleeping at your accommodation, here is why......The reception is separate from the rental accommodations and they close at 7pm, we arrived at our accommodation at about 10 15pm with nobody to great us, when I called them they said it was too late to book us in as they closed at 7pm they had tried ringing us to let us know that we would have to find alternative arrangements ( obviously didn't manage to respond due to being on the flight at the time) They said it was a misunderstanding with the tour operator and would look into it, They waverd our deposit that you leave with them in case of any damage, They also waverd a charge for us to keep the letting longer on our last day due to our flight being an early evening one. But even so, I'm sorry if you book with a travel agency, you expect to be able to have the room that you have paid for when you arrive. Fortunately, Darios, who transferred us from the airport, was extremely helpful and managed to find us a BxB for the night....(Sole Luna ), and I have got to say we were welcomed with open arms by the lovely owners Simona and Luca. If it hadn't been for them, we would have been sleeping on the beach, now for some of you, that might sound like a welcoming thought but faced with it at 10pm hungry and tired we really didn't fancy it 🤔
