We have stayed here before and the rooms are always clean. The staff was very nice. We had checked in online, but when we got to the hotel, they had no record of it. They ran our credit card, after already paying online. We were worrried that we would be charged twice. However, when we checked out, they gave us a receipt and showed up there were not two charges on their end. They gave us the name and number of the person who handles all the billing just in class somethign did go wrong when we got our credit card bill. The rooms are a little dated and could use a little TLC. The bed was very comfortable. The television could use an update too. It looked as if someone had punched the bathroom door as there was a hole in it.

Nice enough place, great breakfast. Friendly staff. Shower pressure good. Rooms clean. Could use a update but overall we had a great time.

We started off with my husband going online and booking the wrong date. We went ahead to see if they could fix it. They were super nice,fixed our reservation. There was an issue with the first room we were assigned. The 2nd room key wouldn't work, Mary took it upon herself to upgrade us to a suite! The staff and accommodations at this location are amazing. Our experience was awesome! We will definitely stay here again when we we return to Marion.

Asked if IN FIRST, then booked, then GPS'd. Called back immediately as I could not find it and told him and he hung up on my and would not refund my 3 DAY STAY when I was in another STATE after just booking with him 15 minutes earlier and asking him clearly if he was in IN!!! I understand hee was not American, but if he could not understand he should NOT be taking my money and answering questions!!

Next to 24 hour Semi Truck garage. Convenient to Interstate, lots of restaurants in area nearby. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Lots of hot water and clean sheets.

This hotel is conveniently located off of the interstate. Unfortunately, it is a very old hotel and not clean at all. The front desk personnel were very friendly unprofessional. If you are disabled and need an elevator, they do not have one.

Cost was good and room was just fine - although no coffee pot and non-working hair dryer. Not sure if there was an elevator - we took the stairs to 2nd floor. Old building - remodeled.

Where to begin...this hotel should be demolished and rebuilt. I cannot believe that Wyndham is associated with this brand. Believe me, you get what you pay for. Every employee that we came across was top notch but the beds, stained towels, paper thin towels, old tv's, decor...it all needs to go. Had to stay here as this hotel was the only one with availability during the eclipse of 2024, and we booked a year in advance! Again, every employee we came across was fantastic. At least give them a hotel they could be proud of! Definitely would not stay again.
