Pros : location is great, with a very nice city view.. there are a lot of cafe & resto nearby, lobby smells so good and fragrant, staff in reception desk is polite Cons : the towel need to be replaced, bathroom mat not available, no shampoo, there are some stain on the bedcover

Old towels, wifi not so good.. otherwise ok..staff accommodating to gusts requests

Clean room, nice shower and good views facing the busy city street. All staffs especially the front office and pleasant and cheerful. It's a walking distance to Ratu Mall Indah.

Nice room

A good budget hotel so far in Makassar. Stay here during Ramadhan around 7 days. So many takjil and good resto around. Near to the Mall, can get there by walking. Will be back soon for sure, thanks Khas!🍉

Aman mantap

Super big space of the room, clean but just a bit noisy due to the solid floor. Very helpful staff and really can have a good rest there.

Pillow and blanket smells bad! it stinks afterwards!!!

Actually I oredered the room with see view but I got city view, also the room that I got not like what I expected, it was romm with connecting door which is not my preference and from my view the room 509 hasn't been use for long time and it was seems forced to be open because all the room was packed. the water super dirty when you flush the toilet, the AC is leaked and not working properly which made me waited around 1 hour to be fixed. I mean why you did not check it before you open and sell that room?. However the the bed was clean the room smells good and the receptionists was too slow but kind if you ask me do I want to booked again, the answer is no because I paid pretty decent money for this room There are a lot good price hotels near there so I hope Khas Makassar Hotel should learn from my story Thanks
