I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The food at the restaurant was terrible. I had booked a room for myself, my wife, and my childrens, including breakfast and dinner, but after eating there once, we never went back because of how bad the food was. For every meal, we had to leave the hotel, eat outside, and then return. The rooms were also very dirty, with stains on the bathroom walls. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel can be rated five stars. Our room was supposed to have a pool view for the kids, but the balcony doors were not numbered, so sometimes the kids would walk into the wrong room, and other people accidentally entered ours. It was incredibly uncomfortable. This hotel doesn’t deserve more than two stars at best.

I spent 4 nights at TOLIP as part of my summer break, my experience as below: The hotel is understaffed, so don’t expect quick service or a clean room daily, actually you will need to request house keeping several times to get things done. The Hotel doesn’t pay any attention to its beach, it was very dirty and not well equipped with seating. Which is a huge downside as the beach is the main purpose to why we are staying at this hotel. The food was very fine. The pools are ok. Overall value for money is bad, not worth it .

Absolute chaos in this hotel. I paid 300$ for a halfboard per day, definitely didn't expect this. Dirty, smelly rooms. My bathroom was moldy, smelly and the shower was in terrible state. One day I got stucked outside of my room, the door was jammed, I waited 30 minutes in front of my room, before someone came to fix it. Another day I ordered lunch in one of their restaurants and after 45 minutes of waiting asked the waiter if the food is ready, he replied that they don't have it. Nothing makes sense here. Breakfast buffet is horrible, you have to wait 20 minutes to get omelette. Dirty tables and chairs in their main restaurants. I don't understand all the positive reviews, definitely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst experience ever The only positive thing is it’s location Poor service (we spent 2 hrs waiting for housekeeping to spray the rooms ) Unprofessional treatment from receptionist (especially Ahmed in night shift ) Horrible type of guest Very overrated and overpriced Can’t recommend it to anyone

تم قطع المياه من الصباح دون اخطار او اعتذار من الفندق و لا يوجد مدير مسؤول في المكان لتحمل المسؤوليه او الاعتذار أنا في شالية خاص و اعتبر هذا أضاعه للمال و إهمال العمال ممتازين حتي لا اظلم احد الفندق جميل لكن السئ إدارة المكان و قطع المياه The water was cut off in the morning without prior warning or apology from the hotel, and there is no responsible manager in the place who takes responsibility or apologizes. I am in a private chalet and I consider this a waste of money and negligence. The workers are excellent, and I do not even wrong anyone. The hotel is beautiful, but the management of the place and the water cut are bad.

Horrible staff and worst service ever...it's not worth the money. Staff just don't care and are not willing to provide any service. The rooms and the chalet we stayed in is just below standard. It's just not clean and the house keeping don't even bother to vacuum it. They don't provide the towels until you ask for it a million tines, and the rooms just smell so bad. The chairs are broken and they just glue it together.

Booked one night to attend a special event nearby the hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel itself is nicely built, with a spacious room but the staff in general are very poorly trained and are not professional at all. They are also lacking hygiene. for example, the guy at the reception had severe gum inflammation (i am a dentist), dirty uniforms, smell of body odour. I can go on. U just get the sense that except may be for the top managers the general staff have never worked in hospitality before. For 15000 EGP per night u expect to get a good quality of service but like everything in Egypt u pay very high prices for less than average quality. I would not stay here again 👎🏼

The hotel is luxurious and has the best spacious and very well furnished rooms. The gym, Spa and extended pool are all awesome. The only big failure with it is that it is so noisy: doors slamming, loud music on the pool day and night and special events with very loud music till midnight on the roof not considering at all the guests sleeping or wanting to rest or even complaining about it. The whole hotel is silent except in the rooms which is very odd. I would have loved to stay in it again and again but with this noise and mismanagement through the Sales Department and Guest Relation it’s impossible. I hope this comment is be seen by people who are in charge.

The worst hotel ever. Starting from the smelly chalets to the dirty toilets. The only positive thing is the aqua park for the kids PS We booked two chalets from 6th to 8th August for 12 person and paid more than 100K LE & when we asked for 1 extra bed they asked for 300 LE said er night 😀 I wish these 2 days end before I blink to run away as soon as possible Never back again
