Monte Carlo Inn - Toronto Markham recensioner

The room had all the essentials however, the room had a foul stench and the AC unit kept me awake most of the night and it was too hot to shut it off.

The location is not very good, but it's OK if you drive yourself. The front desk staff are nice and the hygiene is OK. Overall it's OK.

All good, except the room floor is wet, as the jacuzzi is there so the floor will never keep dry I thought. hah LOL.

We booked a 2 queen bed room for 2 nights but on the second night, the toilet is clogged. After calling the front desk, they left a plunger in the hall way. I went to the front desk and they claimed that the service manager is off and there is no room to swap. I was not please with the lady staff's response because they actually wanted customer to unclog the toilet themselves. A male stuff step in and he followed me to the room and unclogged the toilet. He was helpful but the female staff's customer service is terrible.

The pictures on have no relation to the property. It’s an older property.First room smelt musty , possibly from the a/c unit in the room. Second room a/c was newer so no smell. Staff are helpful.

I received good service from the hotel staff during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very simple but met my needs.

Clean room、quiet environment、polite service. It will be better if there is a thermal kettle in the room.

10/10. I would have given an 11 if your breakfast had more proteins. Breakfast without bacon and sausages is not Canadian...

It is a good trip

Bathroom's smell is bad. And It smells a lot of wax cleaner in the room. The other things are good.

Clean spacious room. Good price. Breakfast was good.

The curtain is not installed in room 404

The staff are friendly, the environment and hygiene are good, and the location is convenient. You can find restaurants in 5 minutes' walk and supermarkets in 10 minutes' walk. It's a recommended hotel. I will choose it again next time.
