Pasa Garden Beach

Have stayed at this hotel many times, usually twice a year,but never again. The standards of what was a great hotel have really gone downhill. The ageing entertainment guy seems to think we are in Club Ibiza and drowns you out with loud house music round the pool. People being sick around the pool and it's being left for hours before cleaned up🤢. Have never seen so many drunk people falling about during the day in all the times we have been here. Not youngsters either. Quality of food has deteriorated, staff standing around talking to themselves instead of cleaning the tables. General room cleanliness on a daily basis in housekeeping is very basic. Sorry Pasa Group, but you've lost our custom.

From what has been an excellent hotel is now a. Mediocre one at best only thing going for it these days is the location which is excellent Had great holidays here in the past sad to say will never be back at this once great hotel which has let standards drop dramatically

This is our second visit here and we absolutely love it here. Everything was fantastic starting from reception welcoming and smilling and frendly. Absolutely amazing hotel staff, very helpful expecially receptionist Ahmet, Jimmy with his entertaintment, bar men (can"t remember his name with long black hair) who made fantastic drinks and coctails realy professionaly. Rooms lovely, staff make up for everything. The pool and bar area was clean and relaxing to be round.No complains.I WOULD RECOMMEND this hotel for everyone.Cant wait to be back.

I visit the pasa Garden Beach hotel every may and October where I can see a big difference from may to October which has been the same for the last 3 years In October the hotel is dirty floor not moped in the 10 days I was there in October the pool was not attended to I am up at 6 every morning in general the hotel is short staffed even bringing staff from there other hotels to cover waiting on staff was working the bar who english was not the best and didn't know how to make the drinks the manager himself ended up making drinks in the end There is a new bar on the other side of hotel opened up and they have live bands on playing loud music to 2 am most guests made comments next day on this and most guests couldn't sleep.food is good except breakfast where the lady chef wouldn't fry eggs and if you complained she would but make you wait and they was a mess. The balcony in my room 114 was cracked and if it had fell away would have fallen where the main door to the pool is I did report this but was told don't worry it the end of season All in the hotel in may deserved it star rating but October didn't you could see the management and staff was waiting for end of the season cleaning non or little room service poor staff levels inadequate what staff was there did well under circumstances Talking to other guest who visited in other months couldn't believe how dirty hotel was

Very relaxed,fun filled holiday . Entertainment by Jimmy was brilliant.Had everyone taking part in the pool and around it.So funny,great patter and games,he created the perfect holiday atmosphere. I wouldn't normally take part in games but I felt so relaxed and it was like a big family party every day.We have stayed here twice and have already booked to return in May.All staff were very friendly and the hotel was spotless with a beautiful beach view.A slice of heaven ❤️

Was at Pasa garden beach for two weeks in July, it was my best holiday ever, everything was to my best satisfaction had no complaints about anything at all, all the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jimmy with his entertainment, he was so helpful with everything his parents should be so proud of him, he is so polite, helpful you can ask him to do anything to help you and he does it straight away as soon as he can, we are coming back for 18 days in May and can’t wait to be looked after from everyone that makes our holiday fantastic EspeciallyJimmy who really has time for everyone no matter where they are from, keep up the good work Jimmy see you and all the other staff in May 2025.
