Club Sema Suite Hotel recensioner

We booked the hotel two months or more before the date of our trip and paid the entire amount. When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised that it was the Eid period and they told me that the reservation had been cancelled! When I asked about the reason, they told me that they do not deal with the reservation company through which I booked, but all of this was a lie. When I contacted the reservation company, they told me that the reservation was confirmed and there was no cancellation. I called the tourist police, but the hotel management tried to negotiate with me and force me to pay an additional amount When they realized I was still refusing, they gave me the worst room in the hotel

We had a 1 bedroom suite, which was nice enough. However, it was on the 4th floor and there is no lift. There is a kitchen in the room but nothing to cook in. Nor are there plates or cutlery. No tea or coffee provided though there is a kettle. You have to pay extra for breakfast. The pool looked nice though we didn’t use it. .

The hotel room is clean and modern. The staffs are also nice and passionate!

Location was just what we needed not during the season.

Завтрак очень посредственный. Номера лучше, чем на фото. Бассейн не подогревается. Слышимость сильная. На ночь отличный вариант.

Locatie van het hotel was perfect ook heel rustig medewerkers heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam alles op loop afstand in de omgeving is er genoeg restaurant en cafés voor variatie prijs kwaliteit verhouding was super zeker een aanrader

Отличный отель! Прекрасное расположение! Вкусные завтраки. Есть бассейн.

Неплохая гостиница в центре города, номер был немного пошарпан.
