Been to this hotel the last 3 years, but this will be the last. The standard of housekeeping is disgraceful. In two weeks our bed wasn’t changed once (although they did change the top pillow case to make it look like they did) The floor didn’t see a brush or mop and our feet were filthy if we didn’t wear sandals. The toilet didn’t get cleaned once! Not a drop of bleach was put in the toilet or sink. The shower was the same. No toilet paper was to be put down the toilet as is standard in Turkey, but the bin provided had no lid. Hardly hygienic!!! The towels were sometimes short and ended up in us having to share. The had a cheek to put an envelope in our room for a tip!!!!!! They got a tip written down on the back of the envelope! The food,,,, hot salad, butter and cheese, and cold chips or whatever else was on offer. Again, not the conditions that food should be provided for people. No variety whatsoever. I lived on boiled eggs for breakfast and salad for dinner for 2 weeks. We loved this hotel but this will be our last time. Leo, is the only thing that made this hotel worth the visit. He works hard and is pleasant to everyone. The other man is a creep. Always has to touch you and walks about with a scorn. Horrible man. Every year he gets complaints. This hotels management obviously doesn’t take heed. No entertainment at all. Bingo, a quiz. Karaoke or something would be good. Nobody went at night We were in our beds straight after our rotten dinner. No uk tv either. Just so disappointed.

This hotel is awful, food is always cold , and they serve the same stuff all the time, staff and managers are rude, the cleaners are the best thing about... no free air conditioning in room . You have to pay water . No free water with food . I never seen stuff like this rude with customer specially Leo . Never come back again .

This hotel is awful, food is always cold , and they serve the same stuff all the time, staff and managers are rude, the cleaners are the best thing about the hotel, it's the worst place me and my Turkish husband have stayed, they watch you every time you go for your meals , it's noisy definitely won't be going back

Room wasn’t cleaned in 10 days and had the cheek to leave a tip envelope. Breakfast was the same… every… single… day.. meals at night time… once was enough. If you aren’t a regular you are ignored. Waiter took plate away from me because I gave a cat a Piece of chicken. Leo was really nice. That’s all that was good. Wouldn’t come back if it was free. If you have standards, avoid

The beds are very comfy, the cleaner's came every day, and brought clean towels and toilet rolls and made the beds there was television in the room some BBC channels, it was a very enjoyable experience, I would go to this hotel again especially for the price

Where do I start on this review, firstly after 6 days had to ask when was our room being cleaned. In the 3 weeks we been here our bathroom.wasnt cleaned , food was disgusting , we ate out most nights , Leo the barman was fab , so was one of the chefs , only good thing about this hotel was the location, would I come back again never in a million years . I've been coming to Turkey for 27 years & must say it's one of worst hotels I've been in .Spoke to lots of people staying here say they wouldn't come back , so it's just mot my opinion.

Arrived just before 6am after a night flight and nearly a 2 hour transfer, tired and desperately needing sleep. Greeted by an extremely pleasant man who welcomed us warmly. Checked us in and directed us to our room within 5 minutes as he could probably see we needed sleep. Woke a few hours later for breakfast. Not sure what we expected but it was decent. Staff really friendly especially the barman Leo. Couldn't fault the staff except one member who always seems miserable who also told my wife off for feeding the stray cats. Other than that, a lovely hotel less than 2 minutes to the beach ( which was tiny and mostly private for the hotels overlooking the sea). Really enjoyed our stay and will most likely book again if we go back to Marmaris.

This hotel was kinda what we expected. The food was ok. Rooms ok but were not cleaned in the 9 days we were there. Beds were changed once. Cleaners just made the beds every day but they need to sweep the rooms and mop the floors, clean sink ect which they didn't do. The pool bar is reasonably priced. Leo is a legend and will look after you as he did us. Funny and a little borderline at times but we were very fond of him. The pool is spotlessley clean. Fresh orange juice at the bar. Nothing too much trouble. There is NO KETTLE IN THE ROOM which really annoyed us.. this is 2024? We ended up paying £15 kettle hire for 9 days whoch probably cost then £5 20 years ago. Next day saw them in Migros supermarket for £10. Anyway, if you're happy with cheap and cheerful, I recommend this place. We only ate meals here on probably 4 ot 5 days. It was ok. Nothing special. I would stay here again if ot was cheap which our holiday was. £16.50pp per night.

I found the hotel OK for only a 3 *** hotel. You get what you pay. The hotel staff were fantastic and extremely welcoming. The food was generally good. I've booked to go back next year with friends. Looking forward to it and seeing the staff again. Leo you were great 👍😃
