Pineta Park Deluxe Hotel - All Inclusive

Best thing about the place was entertainment team especially Emre and chuckle they make us great laugh . Little bar tender Selim was cute and always smile and good drinks . Reception welcoming and always helpful. The hotel supermarket 24 hours open and u can find everything u need even WiFi box

We arrived 4 of us first holiday of mine and i absolutely love the place and staff . Special shout out for Chuckie from entertainment team he was so friendly and fun . Hair dresser in the hotel jack hair and beauty doin good deal and great job highly recommend

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024, bringing along our two children and two nieces. Our room was basic but absolutely fine—what you would expect. The only disappointing factor was that we were placed in rooms that weren’t interconnecting, which would have been more convenient for ease and safety. The pool was clean, and the on-site rep was very friendly. We booked a couple of excursions through him, but we probably could have gotten them cheaper elsewhere. The jeep safari was okay, but what they don’t tell you is that they visit multiple bars/restaurants to encourage you to spend money on food and drinks. The water guns weren’t included in the price, and you also spend limited time at the actual locations. However, the rep did organise for us to have taxis to and from Mr. Big’s shopping center, which was free of charge, twice, and that was a nice touch. The food was fine with different choices every day, along with some constants. It’s all-inclusive, but it doesn’t include ice creams; we had to buy these separately from the shop. We did go out to eat a couple of times, but we found this extremely expensive. I know there were six of us, but it was costing over £100 for one meal and a drink each, so we made as much use of the on-site restaurant as possible. We were thankful that the food wasn’t terrible, as we’ve experienced worse when we stayed in Rhodes. While we were there, they had a Turkish dance competition. The children staying at the hotel were using the swimming pool, but they were unruly and rude, even saying inappropriate things to our children. We complained directly to the teachers about this. I feel the hotel should have handled this better, perhaps by restricting pool access or allowing them to use only one side rather than both. Additionally, there was an issue with the on-site beauty salon. Although we didn’t use the services, there was a big uproar when one of the male staff members was accused of sexual assault. He was then dragged outside the hotel by staff and beaten up right in front of our apartment. We had to pull our children away from the windows to avoid them witnessing this. My husband used the barbershop and was satisfied, and we also used the on-site tattoo parlour for two small tattoos, which we’ve had no issues with. We also visited the neighbouring bar, where the food and drinks were good, and the atmosphere was nice. However, they were slightly inappropriate with our 14-year-old niece. Overall, we didn’t have a bad time, and if it weren’t for the dance competition and the incident with the staff member, we would have had an okay experience. Everything else was pleasant, and there wasn’t really anything worth complaining about. It’s just a cheaper, basic hotel, and that’s exactly what we got.

I’m a single mum to 5 kids I saved up for over a year to be able to afford this holiday we lost a day coz of the time of the flight got ripped off by the transfer guy by the time we got in our room at 7 am we just wanted to sleep but the rooms was absolutely disgusting dirt everywhere even someone’s nail clippings I wanted to cry over 5000 and this was what we got I complained got moved eventually after having an argument with the manager. The second rooms was a little better but wasn’t great to be honest. We got ripped off by rep for excursions we went on honestly livid the was not very nice was left open flies everywhere there was no snack bar although it says it’s included no ice cream yet we was all inclusive only alcohol available was vodka gin and larger and soft drinks coke and Fanta some of my kids don’t like fizzy drinks. Come back and put in several complaints we spent another £300-£400 on foods while there as the food wasn’t edible in my opinion and all we got back was £237 off our next holiday. I felt so distraught all that money spent and it just wasn’t worth it at all kids was disappointed too we made the best of it the only thing nice about this hotel was the pool and entertainment staff Chucky and Leon

First time in Pineta deluxe with my brother and mom we absolutely love the place . Food is delicious lots of choices. Pool area always clean . Cleaners are great always smile on the rod face . Bar and restaurant staff nice . Entertainment excellent we will book for next year

Please beware people the hotel in the picture is incorrect, it is in fact the hotel next door. I told Trip Advisor of this back in September. Only the pool in the foreground belongs to Pineta park. No entertainment, even though there are 2 empty rooms with bars, that could accommodate it. The only entertainment in 10 days was a belly dancer twice & bingo about four times in the afternoon. There is a half hour of kids entertainment but it starts at 9pm. The shower room you use when you have checked out had 2 showers. One with no door & one with no shower but a hole in the wall instead. Food was okay but doors open all the time & you couldn’t leave your plate because flies around food.. No ice creams in all inclusive Staff were friendly though Though one borrowed my friends phone so he could give the hotel a good review.
