What a place to stay from the moment you check in the staff are amazing reception great and fast check in at 04.00 in the morning and golf buggies to take you to your bungalow amazing room amazing nice small ground level balcony with pool view breakfast great choice staff in main dining room could not do enough top coffee corner staff out of this world table service main pool bar staff amazing beach bar yep good poor drinks there but ok the beach is a 5 min walk through the gardens ice-cream on tap for the kids kebabs good and hot and chicken restraunt good entertainment great all in all great holidays keep it up

My family of 4 stayed here for two weeks flying back on the 15 November being our first time in Marmaris I have to say that we really enjoyed it all the hotel has everything to offer all ages multiple activities my children enjoyed obviously some stuff was shut as it is the end of season however this didn’t ruin our stay they have 2 outside pools 2 indoor pools 1 no children next to the gym the other is heated in the spar they have 3 bars 1 next to the outside pool 1 near the beach and the grande bar no children near reception area I loved how they also did kids mocktails so they also felt included. they have a lovely kids club with a pool with football tennis and a park. They have a cake parlour, ice cream parlour, boba drink station a little shop and clothing shop in the resort. The snack bar for night times food court during day main food hall during the day they did have a variety of food however I thought they could have catered more for English but we still tried everything.m and didn’t go hungry.we tried the Chinese and the Italian and both was amazing and really felt waited on the atmosphere was really good always asked if we needed anything. The entertainment was really good something different for all they have a games room that opens 2.30pm till 11pm that us as a family enjoyed however you do need to buy tokens for this. We stayed on the 4th floor the room was amazing and clean the cleaning came and cleaned and changed sheets everyday always friendly and wanting to help.the shower is amazing and bonus for the hairdryers in both of them. It’s really secure with the security stations on both the entrances and along the beach. There is a coffee and tea station in the court yard we will be back again we all loved our stay, the only off things we noticed was some of the staff was abit rude and the cats whilst eating in the food court other than that we cnt complain. Fabulous hotel staff were lovely and friendly service great room cleaned every day if I was to complain not anough Lighting at night time already Booked for next October lots of entertainment witch was good bar staff were fantastic lots of things to do if you have got children John bates

Just home from a fabulous 2 week holiday. Can’t find anything negative to say about the Turban, such a beautiful place more like a mini resort set in lush greenery. FOOD: Probably the best all inclusive food we’ve had. Loads of choice each night. Unlike some we didn’t find any of the food cold at all. STAFF: unbelievably professional and helpful and friendly. Always smiling every day and every night. Please say Please and Thank You to them, they’re human beings, as we found so many people just demanding thier drinks or their towels etc. SUNBATHING: We spent most of our days on the jetty’s which we loved. Great views and comfortable sunloungers. We did go on the beach a few days but found it too noisy with little people!! SPA: I had a deep tissue massage which was slightly painful (think this is normal!) but came away floating and feeling very relaxed. ENTERTAINMENT: We didn’t go there expecting amazing entertainment. We’re were not interested in the daytime pool games etc and what we saw of the nighttime entertainment we enjoyed. But this was not a priority for us. ROOMS: We were given a bungalow room with a pretty steep walk. Didn’t like the room at all, although it was clean it felt dark and old fashion and very small. And the walk was a huge problem as I suffer from arthritis. So we went to Guest Relations who were absolutely amazing and sorted us out a wonderful room in the main building which we were very happy with. They did this within 24 hours. OVERALL: We absolutely loved our 2 weeks there. We rented bicycles for the day from the hotel and cycled to Ichmeler which was great fun. £10 each person a day. There are so many places to eat and sit and just relax that we never felt the need to leave the place. It didn’t at all become ‘samey’. Loved the ice cream parlour! Would definitely recommend for families and for couples as they find the perfect balance for everyone.

Checked in the hotel at 4 or 5 in the morning since our flight was at 8PM (UK time), felt really hungry, there was a midnight sandwich bar which was Open so I had that( get ready for the bad news) , went to the room and we checked into some really bad room, air con was not working which was terrible and there was a spider which I got scared off, complain the next day and got a new room which was better, food was generally nice until the last part of the holiday, but on the day we needed to check out, our flight was a red eye flight which took of at 2:00AM so we had the whole day but we had to check out earlily because late check out was I think £100 so we had to get ready in some spa thing, don’t rush to book, will maybe recommend or check a another hotel out.

We visited Club Thermal in July 2024, and it was our first solo parent holiday. We had a double room that had one double bed and one single bed in it, the room was large and had a brilliant sized balcony which overlooked the adults only pool. The pool was always busy but we always managed to get 3 beds together. My girls were most impressed with the pool bar waitresses who got around on roller blades without spilling a drop! The water park was quite small and only open for 4 hours a day, it was also up a very steep hill!! The hotel, and probably the whole of Turkey, is very cat friendly, I even saw them strolling through the restaurant. They left you alone if you ignored them. The food was always tasty, the drinks were lovely. My daughter loved the boba truck. A great first solo family holiday.
