Grand Yazici Club Turban Termal

We truly had the most amazing holiday at this wonderful hotel. We had the best time. Beautiful settings, great amenities, lovely room and fabulous and attentive staff. The beach is beautiful and our beach man was amazing on getting our prime beds each morning. Food was delicious in the A La Carte’s. Ahmet in the dining room always looked after us so well and Fermi, Marat and Fermi from the beach bar also were fabulous. We used the hair salon a few times as they were great. We can’t thank the staff enough for looking after us so well. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely will be back next August for another fabulous family holiday.

Just home from a fabulous 2 week holiday. Can’t find anything negative to say about the Turban, such a beautiful place more like a mini resort set in lush greenery. FOOD: Probably the best all inclusive food we’ve had. Loads of choice each night. Unlike some we didn’t find any of the food cold at all. STAFF: unbelievably professional and helpful and friendly. Always smiling every day and every night. Please say Please and Thank You to them, they’re human beings, as we found so many people just demanding thier drinks or their towels etc. SUNBATHING: We spent most of our days on the jetty’s which we loved. Great views and comfortable sunloungers. We did go on the beach a few days but found it too noisy with little people!! SPA: I had a deep tissue massage which was slightly painful (think this is normal!) but came away floating and feeling very relaxed. ENTERTAINMENT: We didn’t go there expecting amazing entertainment. We’re were not interested in the daytime pool games etc and what we saw of the nighttime entertainment we enjoyed. But this was not a priority for us. ROOMS: We were given a bungalow room with a pretty steep walk. Didn’t like the room at all, although it was clean it felt dark and old fashion and very small. And the walk was a huge problem as I suffer from arthritis. So we went to Guest Relations who were absolutely amazing and sorted us out a wonderful room in the main building which we were very happy with. They did this within 24 hours. OVERALL: We absolutely loved our 2 weeks there. We rented bicycles for the day from the hotel and cycled to Ichmeler which was great fun. £10 each person a day. There are so many places to eat and sit and just relax that we never felt the need to leave the place. It didn’t at all become ‘samey’. Loved the ice cream parlour! Would definitely recommend for families and for couples as they find the perfect balance for everyone.

First time visiting this hotel. We travelled in August and the hotel was busy but we never found we had to wait in queues for longer than a minute for things like drinks, snacks etc. The beach and jetty area is beautiful my daughter especially enjoyed feeding the fish and snorkelling. Plenty of shade around the pool if needed. Coffee corner open until midnight as was the tea area which is great. Some great shows for entertainment including skilled acrobats. Lots of food choices and 3 of the restaurants are also open for lunch plus a doner kebab corner. If you like cats this is the place for you lots of cats and kittens however not under your feed while eating etc they are feed and looked after. Room was a good size and did the job for us as a family of 4 we had 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and had a room in the gardens as I like the idea better to the main hotel

What an amazing hotel ☺️, very nice food and exellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, very friendly staff and very helpful. Lots of entertainment for kids. Plenty to do and perfect beach for guest-use only. Lovely hotel grounds and nice accommodation. Egemen was particularly great a very very nice guy.

I have been several times before, first going in 2016, this was our ninth trip. Travelling as a single parent with boys 14 & 7. The hotel continually invests in the site and makes improvements. This year was very noticeable, they had added a Turkish tea and coffe bar with lots of seating shaded by existing trees. They had also redesigned the Italian restaurant. Both very positive changes. All the things I have commented on in previous reviews still stand. The food in the a la carte evening restaurants is exceptionally good. We went to the Italian, steakhouse and Chinese and loved every meal. The service that Medhi gives in the Chinese is brilliant. Round the pool as always Saim is very attentive and makes sure everyone can find sun beds when they want them. The beach area has been improved this year with under cover showering facilities and better access into the sea for those that prefer steps. The entertainment team were all new this year. With the team having a dedicated leader again (they were without a dedicated leader last year after the brilliant Batuhan had left). It was obvious they were working hard to involve people without being pushy and were well organised. Yagmur who ran the water polo was brilliant and after playing every year that I have been at the hotel I have never seen so many people play. Every game was full. Once again an excellent holiday and hotel

Stayed for 10 nights.This Hotel is next level!Staff very polite,mannerly and good fun!Really make you feel welcome. A special mention for Supervisor Sedat in the main restaurant.He is an asset to the hotel,could not do enough for you,loves to engage thru Google translate!Hope he progresses within the hotel. The food in the hotel is excellent. The amount of choices you have are mind-boggling!!Lamb and Chicken kebab in the main restaurant were lovely! The Italian and Chinese a la Carte are delicious,too much food!! We found the pier area the best area for us,a lovely breeze all day. Our room was cleaned everyday and the air conditioning was perfect. Depressed to be going home! We will most definitely return! Thank you to all for making our stay most enjoyable!

Just returned from an amazing time here. Hotel is beautiful, food was lovely, staff were very friendly and lots to do. Right on the Beach the location is perfect. Did not want to leave. Only thing I’d do differently is stay for longer than a week, it went too quick Perfect family Hotel❤️

The hotel is a big hotel. If you are in b block or the bungalows or Marine suites, you have to walk to the restaurant in the main block, all very tidy and never sn overflowing bin, staff very attentive, pools very lovely, only a lot of flies in restaurant. Snack areas are brilliant and the limon cafe for cakes and ice cream. Entertainment is good, but they need to advertise what is going on and where, asthe beach bar had some great live music/bands, but was not advertised, we had a room 1115, on first floor in main hotel, needs updating but the bathroom was done recently and wasvery lush. MURAT the entertainment guy was fab, but they really need to up their game on them to understand English a bit more, they came round and asked us what can they do more of gor entertainment around the pool, we were on the understanding they were yo have pool aerobics, but there was none. All we saw was water polo and darts, the pool bar was 24hrs, and great staff, same as the beach bar staff all fantastic, girls on roller blades darting about everywhere getting drinks, Samithr pool/towel man was brilliant, got us a nice big sun shade to sit under, the promanard was always full and the beach was ok as well depends what you want from your holiday, there is the coffee house, lced lattes ect, good selection of branded drinks on All Inclusive. A few steps up near the apthitheater, is where you will find the waterpark, amphitheater is where the mini disco is and various shows are, rock dance group, Kenyan acrobatics, Mongolian circus ect. We felt very spoilt on our holiday and would reccomend to all.

Overall great with a tiny hiccup. + : Went with TUI and the rep went above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. Attentive staffs, clean room, clean environment, few cats around but not bothering guests at all, excellent meals, drinks (alcohol or non alcoholic), ice creams, snacks. - We are family of 3, with a 4 yo boy. Arrived around 2 am, got room at the outmost building of the hotel area, next to the hotel fence to busy road and on 3rd floors without lift. Right away I requested to change room in the main building near lift/ground floor as i feared of my son safety up and down the 3rd floor stairs and balcony. Long story short, reception staffs seem not communicating enough between themselves. Took several days to get the right room, with the help of TUI rep it was still not a straightforward process. We understand the room might be full, but the way we kept getting different responses were nightmare, at one point we wanted to cancel our stay. Once the room was sorted, no longer afraid of my toddler rolling over the stairs, holiday was much more enjoyable. Thank to the hotel and staff for accommodating our safety needs, for TUI rep went all she can within her power. Will we coming back? Sure, most are good experiences, just wish next time no more hiccups. Ps : the restaurant server Gemşid was brilliant. Always smiling, actively helps our needs and friendly. Our room cleaning lady was also brilliant, sad we didn’t get her name.
