Tropical Hotel

Just come back and was so sad to leave. had a lovely holiday in Turkey one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've stayed in. food was lovely with lots of variety. the pool is wonderful. staff are so lovely and welcoming. I would 100 % recommend and would definitely come back!

All the bar and restaurant staff were amazing. Food was fantastic and service also. The maids were very unfriendly which I am not used to. A smile would have been nice when you speak to them in their own language. Rooms were very clean and spacious. I always go to the same hotel at peak times. Don’t do queues so definitely would never do any all inclusive at that time.

Hotel is in the perfect location with own private beach. Plenty of sunbeds available on beach but usual towel issue around pool with all beds reserved before 8am. Only one side of pool got sunshine so beach was best choice for sunbathing. Bed was the firmest bed I had ever slept on and pillows not very comfortable. Food was not to my liking and quite repetitive. No entertainment during the day and twice a week for evening guitarist. This accommodation is suitable for those wanting a quiet, relaxing holiday

Me and my husband have just returned from this hotel, we stayed in room 401 which is a sea view room. Firstly the good stuff. The hotel and our room was immaculately clean, I don’t know her name but the lady who cleaned our room everyday was also so friendly. Our view was also incredible and the hotel is placed well on the beachfront, it’s not too close to the noise of marmaris but is still close enough to all amenities. Unfortunately we now have to move to the bad stuff, we found the rest of the staff incredibly rude and abrupt, to the point one member of staff actually walked away from me because I didn’t speak german. We also found the reception staff unhelpful with any queries we had. We also struggled with the food, can’t totally blame the hotel on this one as I am a fussy eater however the choices were slim and most did not match or have a theme, just felt like a bunch of random foods cooked together in the hope people would like something from it. We also felt little touches were also missing like a kettle in the room. I appreciate it’s a three star however it is an all inclusive. I also did not like that we had to pay extra for the safety box in the room (this was highlighted to us before we arrived however the box was small and not well maintained). Overall the experience with the staff really let our stay down and due to this we would not return.

Tropical beach hotel was a lovely holiday overall. What made it good were the staff who worked on the bar and in the restaurant. They were so accommodating and friendly. However, I can’t say the same for the reception staff who when we approached them on a couple of occasions, were very rude and barely acknowledged you were there. My mum and sister were given room upgrades free of charge and I went to ask if I could also upgrade..I was willing to pay as we decided we wanted a room with a balcony. To which the receptionist said we cannot do this, we have already given you 2 free upgrades. I appreciated this but I said it’s not fair that you’ve upgraded 2 out of 3 people when we have all paid the same, however I would be willing to pay extra. He then pursued to tell me that they were fully booked (understandable) and even if I paid him £1000 that I wouldn’t be able to upgrade. I accepted this. He then responded that it was my bad luck that I couldn’t get an upgrade!!! How rude and totally unecessary! Very passive aggressive and not at all understanding. I felt very uncomfortable and awkward after this encounter as he spoke to me like this In front of other guests. Nevertheless, the hotel was calm and relaxing. Food was nice but very repetitive. Breakfast was a let down if you’re wanting full English style breakfast you won’t find that here. Entertainment is limited only to two nights a week. If you’re looking for a holiday to just relax and drink, like we did, then this is definitely the place. The pool and beach are lovely. We highly rate waiters: Elvis, Huseyn and Ali. They were all so lovely and attentive. They’d have your next drink ready before you even got to the bar and remember your order. Overall a lovely stay and not too far away from Marmaris town.

Absolutely gorgeous x food staff rooms view pool area we have been coming.ing turkey for 18 years and this is a hidden gem would most definitely come back x it's relaxing. Stunning views and very clean good size room x open balcony door and have an amazing view x
