This was our 2nd visit to Marmaris and it really does not disappoint. The hotel was spotless and the staff are really helpful and polite. We arrived early hours of the morning and the staff were welcoming, helped us with our luggage to our rooms. We were shown how to use the air conditioning (£50 for 2 weeks = bargain). The beach is on your doorstep and is kept tidy by the guys who work tirelessly to ensure your needs are met. They are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food in the bar is delicious and great value for money. The restaurant staff are also great and very accommodating. We have already booked again for August 2025. The room was kept spotlessly clean by the cleaning staff. We had a sea view room which was a real bonus. We cannot wait to return. Thank you to all the hotel and restaurant staff they are fantastic.

Just back fro a 14 day holiday, Hotel immaculate staff friendly and will do anything for you, We had 3 rooms all cleaned daily and fresh towels daily, Bed sheets changed every 2 days,Hotel has a laundry service 200tl for 5 kg bag of washing. Me and my family had a great time and have already booked for august.

We had a room at the rear of the hotel, there was a charge for Aircon. As it happened, we did not need it due to the North facing room kept cool. Breakfast was uninspiring, but we found a selection that we enjoyed, the coffee was good. The restaurant food was good. Unfortunately we were not advised about the four TV screens showing soccer or pundits all day and night accompanied by loud music or commentary on big matches. The "Private" beach was unbelievable!!! There was bingo organised by some hotel guests and a woman caller that could be heard from our rear hotel room. Hotel staff were great, cleaniness was excellent, restaurant staff were great. We will not be returning to Marmaris.

Stayed here for 10 days. Found it to be very nice, central enough, not too noisy . Staff were always helpful, thanks to the man on reception who sorted out tickets for me for the ferry to Fethiye. Restaurant and cleaner always cheerful and efficient. Breakfast was fine for me , lots of choice and the option of a full brekkie for 290tl, nice. Room was fine , at the back so got the sun late on, rm 301. Annoyingly folk seem to put towels down either very early or at night, as the sun loungers were always taken before breakfast, typical folk I suppose😏. I liked it here , would recommend.

We arrived at the hotel about 03.00am in the morning a young man came out to welcome us and helped us with our cases the reception man gave us our key card and the controller for the air conditioning(You do have to pay for this but well worth it ) the other man helped us to our room and told us how to use the air con . The next morning we were slightly late for breakfast but they still let us go in the breakfast was standard cereal , fruit , cheese , salad , fresh bread and toasting bread then there was English breakfast, tea , coffee , fruit juice and water could always find something to eat . The room was a standard size , bed was very comfortable plenty of hanging space , patio doors to small balcony the room was very clean and was cleaned as and when you wanted it done the cleaning lady was very nice. The bathroom room consisted of Toilet , shower and sink , shower was very good. Everywhere was very clean ,there was a small swimming pool could do with some new sunloungers round the pool Across the path was a private beach sunloungers and parasols just had to buy your drinks and snacks from the hotel restaurant. The man who was on the reception desk was excellent very helpful and kind , must admit I forgot to leave him a tip make up for it next time .
